Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und herrlichem Meerblick.Sehr hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin.

Cons:

Leider hat der vom Hotel zugesagte Gepäck-und Taxiservice zur Fähre frühmorgens nicht funktioniert!

Pros:

We had a good stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great and it was nice for the value. The only thing is that they could make quiet hours more explicit as there were some guests who were loud at early hours in the morning - they seemed to be moving furniture or something at 5:30am. The hot water was too hot and I am sure this is potentially a problem that could be fixed. Other than that, it was great.

Cons:

Frühstück sehr wenig Auswahl und Eintönig. Zimmer mit wenig Ausstattung wie zum Beispiel Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine

Decepción por el precio pagado
Pros:

La calidad es bastante baja respecto del precio que se paga. El desayuno muy flojo. Las instalaciones muy simples. Hemos visitado estos días otros hoteles en Ecuador y siendo más baratos eran de un nivel completamente distinto. Este no se ubica en la categoría que le corresponde.

La habitación , el desayuno y la ubicación.

It's a great place to stay, not luxurious, but efficient.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The hotel was undergoing renovations. It's in a great location, walking distance to everything we were doing. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you.

Peaceful Respite
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There was plenty of space in the room for our whole family, and we were grateful to return home for a relaxing swim and our air conditioned room after a long day of adventures. The staff was very friendly, and location is close enough to everything to walk, but far enough from the main road to be quiet and peaceful at night.

Cons:

Our guide arranged for us to have a late check out with the manager due to a morning tour. This was not communicated to all the staff which caused a hurried and stressful misunderstanding for check out. Maybe the staff/Mgr could implement a communication log book so that all staff can be updated on things when staff turns over for the day/shift.
