Pros:

The location is great.
We were able to check-in quite early (at a charge)

Cons:

There was cockroaches in the room.
We booked a room for 3 people but there was only 1 shampoo, shower gel&cap and soap.
The tea area was not refilled.
The shower water cannot be controlled because of how the taps are situated in the bath.
