The lady that did my booking did not do a proper hand over to the night shift team. My guest were told to pay whereas I had already paid. I had to drive 28km to speak to the night shift team to explain what occurred. I was not happy with this and I hope it does not occur again.
I was also very sad that the price was reduced 25% if I booked directly from the hotel. I do feel this must be communicated to customers.
