It was cozy, clean and literally walkable to MOA. I was also pleased with the host Miss Jaz, she’s responsive and friendly. It was smooth check in.
Furnitures. Aircon. Kitchen tools. Shower heater. Big TV. Netflix.
Dust fell from ceiling fan when switched on. Fireworks from MOA half visible.

Location is good
The host is responsive: at the beginning he gave me a noisy unit where you could hear the traffic and then, as per my request, he gave me another unit giving to the courtyard.
Wifi worked well.
You can hear a lot to your neighbors.
The bed is short if you are taller than 1.80 m.
The rain shower does not have warm water, the mobile shower does. The water from the mobile shower is warm, but not hot.
This accommodation shows in booking.com as an hotel, but it is not. It is an apartment.
The apartment has everything but it's quite small.

Great location if you wanna be near MOA. Full kitchen equipment, friendly and helpful owner.
Pool usage is not included and costs 150 Pesos per day, that should be stated in the description.
The bed is in a small separate room that doesn't have an own aircon (unlike on the photo). You can keep the door open and use the aircon of the main room, but it takes a while.
Conveniently located on everything we needed. The security staff were very friendly and accommodating.

booking was smooth even within the last minute booking. I have another booking from the same location i booked 2 months ago and i got a cancelled notice 1 day before the booking date. Luckily i got this booking and made my stay worthwhile.

When we arrive,I did not expect that I have to inform them our arrival through text or call.Information is not very clear with the reception in the hotel staff,they check our id's and kept them but we have to wait an hour and half chasing the person incharge of our stay.As the hotel staff could not help us as they explain they do not have any contact with them which is quite unbelievable,we supposed to celebrate my son 11th birthday but with all that chasing and waiting as we have to travel 2 1/2 hours to in the hotel its too much we are all tired and would need rest.It was not very nice and the place was not quite clean at all.
The waiting,the place is not very clean was expecting high as survey was good.
