Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Sauberkeit des Zimmers.

Für kurze Aufenthalte gut geeignet
Pros:

Gute Lage zu unserem Ziel.

Cons:

Leider ging aufgrund interner Probleme der Fernsehapparat nicht. Hatten es auch mitgeteilt. Preislich kam man uns leider diesbezüglich nicht entgegen.

Excellent stay during my conference
Pros:

The staff members were kind and helpful. The rooms were good in size and they were clean. The curtains inside the room were thick, which blocked light very well. The facilities were sufficient and decent, and they had a good amount of sockets. The AC was easy to use and provided good cooling or heating. The breakfast was fine, and there was a good selection of coffee. The breakfast space was good, but may become crowded during peak travel seasons.

Cons:

The rooms were not as soundproof as I hoped, and noise from above and the hallway came through. The beds could be moved easily, which created noise, such as the slamming of the entrance door. The room had no proper table, only a nightstand. The location is okay, depending on what your purpose of travel is, since there are many tram lines nearby, but trams run very rarely in the early morning.

Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig und sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte eine Küche, wo die komplette Ausstattung fehlte, kein Teller, keine Tasse, kein Besteck. Wozu dann eine Küchenzeile ?
Das Frühstück war einem 3-Sterne-Hotel angemessen. Am dritten Tag sind wir auswärts frühstücken gegangen.

Wir kamen, nach mehreren hundert Kilometern Anfahrt, um 14:18 Uhr an. Check Inn ist eigentlich ab 15:00 Uhr. Die Dame amCheckInn sagte, das wir ein bisschen früh dran sind und verwies uns dann auf die Lobby. Als wir die 42 Minuten, ohne jegliche weiter Beachtung durch das Personal, gewartet hatten, ging ich dann endlich zum einchecken. Dort wollte man für einen einfachen Parkplatz € 18 pro Tag. Ich verzichtet und parkte problemlos außerhalb.
Der Gang zum Zimmer bräuchte unbedingt Ausbesserungen, da an mehreren Stellen die Farbe abgeplatzt ist.
Auf dem Zimmer gab es keinen Kühlschrank, oder Wasserflaschen als Wilkommensgruss.
Schrank war auch keiner vorhanden.
Es gab lediglich einen Stuhl für zwei Personen.

Alles in Allem ein Erlebnis, dass meine Frau und ich nicht mehr brauchen.
Auch ein wenig Kulanz bei den Check Inn Zeiten wäre schön. Ich habe, als wir endlich in das Zimmer gehen durften, kein Reinigungspersonal im Gang gesehen. Damit gehe ich nicht davon aus, dass die Zimmer nicht „ En Minute“ gemacht werden. Mehrkosten wären dem Hotel bei dieser Zeitspanne auch wohl kaum entstanden.

Es gibt aus meiner Sicht bessere und auch günstigere Hotels in Karlsruhe, bei denen der Kunde auch noch König ist

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wunderbar, viel Auswahl. Es war einfach alles perfekt.

Der Gesamtbereich war sehr gut. Das barrierefreie Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Außerordentlich gut.
