Lovely older hotel, well maintained. Beautiful decor. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful
Nothing really
Beautiful hotel, large room and bathroom, extremely clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Reception staff were very professional and friendly. Great, secure car park.
There was a heatwave occurring in Ireland during our visit - obviously not the fault of the hotel! Our room was facing the sun throughout the day and became suffocating and uncomfortable in the evening. We requested a fan not long after we checked in but one was not available. The one window that opened only slightly was not sufficient to cool down the room therefore we roasted throughout the night and had to sleep on top of the bed. I just think that during incidents like this, additional fans should be purchased as did other hotels that we stayed with during our travels.
De tudo
A distância do quarto.
My room on the 2nd floor was just out of range of the WiFi had to do a bit of work in the lobby. Otherwise very nice hotel and food was excellent.
The location, property aspects and accessibility was good.
The management of room allocation as we were given a room with a guest residing in it.
The viwe was great needed to walk but we had car, breakfast was great and the room felt like you staying in a historical location
The staff were very friendly. The bedroom was fresh, clean & modern. The breakfast in the morning was 10/10

This is a lovely hotel located just 10 mins walk from the city centre. The bar lobby and rooms are all lovely and the staff are so helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel
It was extremely hot when we stayed and no air conditioning in the rooms but this would not stop me from returning
