Staff lovely
Remote not working or tv
Very friendly staff and comfortable room.
It was my first time at this hotel and it’s in a historic part of the city and I found it took a little effort to get there on narrow approach streets but revisiting it would be easier to navigate now that I know where it’s located.
The staff was incredible, they went above and beyond
The television had very few channels and the ones they had were glitching. It did not feel that it matched the quality of the hotel
Confortable

Beautiful looking building. Free car park. Lovely breakfast.
The hotel is lovely. For some reason our room was cold and it seems the radiator was on during certain times but still okay.
The location is good, but it is on top of the hill. It's a 20 walk to the city centre but the return is deadly.this recommend, just get a taxi back.
Location and lobby are lovely. Great to have parking.
The room had a lovely view from the attic but the room overall was very basic for a 4 star hotel.
The comfiest beds ever .. room and view was absolutely stunning
What we wanted on the menu wasn’t available and the selection wasn’t too great.. food portions are relatively small and expensive but they were delicious
The room was large and pretty clean, staff were nice and helpful, relatively affordable
The location looks close to town but is on a very steep hill - not an easy walk to town. The rooms are in need of renovation, breakfast is among the worst I've seen in a long time. Bad smell from cheap electric aromatizers.
This hotel & room were wonderful and the staff very nice
