No heat regulator. Room was a bit cold when we arrived and then we got the radiator turned on and it was too warm during the night
Excellent staff, warm and welcoming. Beautiful accommodation with old features incorporated beautifully with more modern style.
Room was lovely, beautiful views of the city. Would have benefited with air-conditioning.
Had booked a table for food. The waitress was friendly, professional and genuine. Sadly, the menu was very small and the food was poor. Ordered two main courses and it took almost 45 minutes to be served. Order the steak medium and it was well overcooked. The steak was inedible.Portion size was small for the price.
The staff apologised (there was a private function underway at the time, maybe this impacted in the kitchen but this was unfair to other paying guests) and did ask if I wanted to order something else. I could not fault the staff.
Breakfast the following morning was also poor. Choice of continental was cereal, palin yoghurt and two choices of mini pastries. The hot food was the typical selection but was lukewarm and not appetising at all.
Ambience and atmosphere and parking
Location didn't suit my purpose but I'm sure would suit others
Everything from the time we walked in the door until we walk out everyone of the staff was fantastic, highly recommend
One little thing was the service in the restaurant was very slow, now to be fair to the staff they all were lovely and couldn't do enough, I think its a lack of lidership otherwise everything/ food was amazing,
Great hotel had food both nights during our stay and it was excellent and value for money highly recommend
The only thing I didn't like was the shower it was a little weak water pressure wise very easy to slip in the bath
Nice sized room. Very comfy beds great pillows
Step walk up to hotel from restaurants. Carpark had a lot of rubbish lying around. No excuses as there were plenty of bins. This should be addressed
