Hotel confortable en edificio estilo victoriano con buenas instalaciones y servicios.
Personal atento y diligente.
Estancia perfecta.
Nada que reseñar.
The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very good value gor money.
It's a bit out of the town center but would definitely be a great place to relax. It was odd that the lift only went up two stairs and you had to get out and climb yhe stairs if you were on the third floor.
Staff very nice anf helpfull and the hotel was very clean and the breckfast was lovely
Fantastic room and location.
Only one vegetarian option in the restaurant for dinner which is restrictive and very disappointing when online menu had a number of options.
Very clean good location, the staff were lovely especially Don who worked at the bar who kept us entertained all night and was very friendly
Very comfortable bed and nice room. We had a very nice meal in North Restaurant!
Service in restaurant was not great!
No heat regulator. Room was a bit cold when we arrived and then we got the radiator turned on and it was too warm during the night
Excellent staff, warm and welcoming. Beautiful accommodation with old features incorporated beautifully with more modern style.
Room was lovely, beautiful views of the city. Would have benefited with air-conditioning.
Had booked a table for food. The waitress was friendly, professional and genuine. Sadly, the menu was very small and the food was poor. Ordered two main courses and it took almost 45 minutes to be served. Order the steak medium and it was well overcooked. The steak was inedible.Portion size was small for the price.
The staff apologised (there was a private function underway at the time, maybe this impacted in the kitchen but this was unfair to other paying guests) and did ask if I wanted to order something else. I could not fault the staff.
Breakfast the following morning was also poor. Choice of continental was cereal, palin yoghurt and two choices of mini pastries. The hot food was the typical selection but was lukewarm and not appetising at all.
