Excellent and very addordable
Pros:

The stay is very affordable and offers excellent value for money. I like that the room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near food stalls, restaurants, grocery stores, 7-Eleven, and other places that are easily accessible on foot.

Cons:

Everything was great overall. My only concern is that the hotel is almost always fully booked, so extending your stay can be difficult because the room is usually already reserved for the next guest.

The room was spacious and the location was OK but far from centre, need to improve the cleanliness
Pros:

The room was spacious and had enough facilities for a comfortable stay. The fridge was large, and the air conditioner worked well. The hotel is in a convenient location, with a shopping mall about an 18-minute walk away and a 7-Eleven directly across the road.

Cons:

The bed sheets looked clean, but they did not smell fresh. The two small red pillowcases were stained and had an unpleasant smell, and the mattress cover seemed to have a lingering sweat odour when the air conditioner was turned off. The bed was not very comfortable, but it was acceptable.

I also found a cobweb and a small spider in the bathroom near the water heater. Another disappointment was being charged 200 baht for a towel that had lipstick and makeup stains after normal use.
I did not use the balcony because there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from outside the building.

Decent hotel, far from everything, get what you pay for
Pros:

Clean, cheap and great value for money. Basic for what your paying

Cons:

Was only given one roll of toilet paper for 5 nights between 3 of us and staff refused to give us anymore more so we had to go out any but more.
