Great hotel, great employees
Pros:

I like the location. It was only a 3 minute drive from my friend’s lake house. I love the staff. Mary at the front office is very friendly and helpful. I had called up a few days earlier to request for an early check in and she made it happened. Kudos to housekeeping for a very clean room. There were plenty of towels and pillows for our room. The complimentary breakfast was good too. Although it’s a small menu, food was tasty. We all liked the quality of the sausage links, the sausage & gravy plus the waffle maker. Keep up the good work, everyone!

Check out time 11:00 they canceled my key card at 9:00 couldn't get back in my room the woman at the front desk told me to go find the cleaning lady to get back in my room found her a half hour later after walking the whole hotel twice .missed break fast looking for her the TVs in the room didn't work they said they couldn't fix that .real bad time for me and my family the bill had a 27$ charge no one could explain .I want my money back all of it !!!!
