Condo/apartment was a nice layout and great location
Check-in was horrible. Room not for over 2 hours after check-in time. These units have lock boxes with keys, and you are given a code to get the keys to your room. First box would not open and took over an hour to be offered any alternative. Second box (different unit) had no keys in the lock box. It a joke the way they run these units. over 2 hours later finally in a room that smelled like cat piss and had food left in it from previous people. On our way out to dinner we found 2 different people having the same issues. Verizon service sucks in that area, until u actually get in a room higher up. This caused a problem as well because everything was done online and service is terrible without any open wifi down in lobby area. I was offered a small refund which i still have not received from my troubles. I looked at the reviews and still booked so it's partly my fault. The pool, gym and community room are not part of the stay per property management. key fobs will not unlock them and that the reason. I only gave it a 3 because of location.
The apartment was great, the area is safe and calm. Best place to stay in LA!

Location is good and easy to access. Very well maintained, beautiful lobby, reception room, safe and clean. It was very clean with everything we needed and more. Me and my family stay here about two week and wish to come again.

The property was disgusting when we got in. After traveling all day, all you want to do is go in and relax. Instead we had to talk with cozy stays TERRIBLE customer service about the filthy conditions of the unit. DISGUSTING. no toilet paper, paper towels. Lived in. Dirty. Parking is horrendous. Had to circle around street for 30 mins each time.
It looked as if it was not cleaned. The dishwasher, microwave, kitchen were filthy. Full of crumbs. The floors were dirty. Crumbs everywhere, under the night stands, kitchen table. pet hair all over the couch and rug. It was absolutely disgusting. We contacted the customer service & they said they would send a cleaner only after an hour of sending 50 plus photos of the mess. That’s what they said was needed before they could do anything. Once the cleaner arrive they wanted me to walk them through every thing that needed cleaning. She was there for 20 mins. Didn’t come with a broom mop or or vacuum. Of course we came back in and it was still filthy!! The tubs were still disgusting, no water was turned on. Kitchen was still a mess. There wasn’t even kitchen soap to wash with. We had to go to Ralph’s and purchase cleaning products to get the unit cleaned enough to feel comfortable staying there.
Customer service was no help. Said they’d send the cleaner again. Requested a refund they said they would refund accommodation fees but not total amount and we’d have to check out immediately. This was at 8pm on 01/30.

SCAM, DIRTY, NOT SECURE!! DO NOT TRUST COZY STAY!
When we arrived there were no keys for us to get into the unit. We called the host company and they said that they would give us a new unit. When we arrived at the new unit it was unlocked with no keys inside. It was also filthy and had garbage all over the apartment. The bathroom was a mess and there was hair and debris all over. Also, The bed sheets were not clean. So we went back to the original room and asked for the severity guard to let us in. She did. We had to go to dinner and needed our things to be locked inside so we had the security guard lock it behind us. When we got back from dinner the security guard had lost the keys and we were unable to get into our room until the next morning when a locksmith came and opened it up. For the reminder of the trip we were forced to sleep in a unit with no key and leave our belongings unprotected every time we had to leave the apartment. Not to mention customer service pretty much ghosted us when we raised any complaints. They still have a hold on my credit card for $300.
I liked that it offered a variety of necessities for us.
That there wasn’t any staff around the property to help and the pool was locked
Arrived to the property with a broken sofa bed.
Asked for someone to come fix which I didn’t think was unreasonable.
Over the course of 3 days Sent me to 3 different apartments that were suitable for me and my guests.
Day 4 offered to fix the bed.
We had to use items from the apartment to prop up the bed for our 8 night stay. No compensation
No cleaning supplies to maintain the property, very little equipment for cooking very little towels.
Want to be hotel with shit staff that can’t look after their guests.
Spend your money elsewhere honestly
Apartment is Modern and up to date but the hosts really don’t care so I’d just avoid.
