Herzlich und perfekte Lage
Pros:

Es ist die Herzlichkeit des Personal - außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend!
Auch das Frühstück ist großartig! Die Lage zum Zentrum ist wirklich nahe und lädt zum Stadtbummel ein, aber auch der liebevolle Garten zum Entspannen danach!

“Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per alcuni giorni e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Fin dal mio arrivo sono stato accolto con grande cortesia e professionalità, facendomi sentire subito a mio agio.

La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli: le camere sono spaziose, pulitissime e arredate con gusto, creando un’atmosfera rilassante e confortevole. Il letto era comodissimo e ho dormito benissimo ogni notte. Anche gli spazi comuni sono eleganti e ben mantenuti specialmente giardino😍.

Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente questo albergo a chi cerca comfort, qualità e un servizio impeccabile. Sicuramente tornerò!!👍

Si el hotel es “adults only”, yo me sentí un “enfant terrible”… mente horrorizado
Cons:

El check-in tarde (a las 15,00 horas). Llegas antes de esa hora para dejar en consigna las maletas y nadie del personal por ninguna parte (ni en recepción, ni en restaurante, ni en demás estancias), por lo que nos “comimos” el equipaje y, encima, el hotel a las afueras y en lo alto de una colina alejada del centro histórico. Volvimos a las 15,30 horas y nos retuvieron en recepción casi media hora por no estar todavía preparada la habitación (eso sí, nos obsequiaron con dos zumitos mientras esperábamos abochornados). La habitación grande, pero no podía ser más hortera, con paredes azul cielo, mucho espejo y decoración tipo “zen” y una bañera en medio de la habitación. Sensación de estar en “Picadery Circus”. Cama “King size” y cómoda, pero con una sola sábana que sólo te llegaba al pecho. En armario sólo un cobertor fino, sin mantas de repuesto, por lo que tuvimos que usar toallas y pasamos frío (mes de abril). Con este panorama, salimos escopeteados al día siguiente…

Lovely hotel and the staff made it a memorable stay. Would recommend.

Very comfortable, very clean. Very welcoming.
Staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Lovely well maintained courtyard.
Good location (within walking distance of central Pula).
Great base for exploring the lovely Istrian peninsula.

il silenzio nella struttura e il letto che era veramente comodo, camera molto grande area esterna abbastanza grande e carina

Cons:

mancava il Bidet, manca il box doccia (c'era una semplice tenda doccia), arredamento poco inerente alla località; colazione molto costosa

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und wurde mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Discreta forma, scarsa la sostanza.
Pros:

Struttura abbastanza moderna, camere discretamente spaziose, probabilmente l’utilizzo delle piscine e degli spazi all’aperto d’estate è piacevole.

Cons:

La reception è stata sempre senza personale, sia per il check-in (preventivamente programmato a un’ora precisa) che per qualunque altra necessità era necessario chiamare un numero di telefono, al check out non ci hanno risposto; il ragazzo che poi ci ha accolto comunque è stato gentile. In generale si presenta esteticamente bene ma la sostanza è un po’ più scadente: in camera al nostro arrivo(abbiamo concordato e rispettato l’orario di arrivo previsto) c’era freddo, mancava una coperta per la notte se non uno strapuntino senza lenzuolo e non perfettamente pulito; dovendo accendere il condizionatore per riscaldare la stanza non c’era modo di direzionare il getto non diretto sul letto ed era molto rumoroso. Mancavano gli attaccapanni nell’armadio, la cassaforte era bloccata. In generale l’arredamento era esteticamente soddisfacente ma di qualità scarsa.

Really nice stay :)
Pros:

Great location, just a short 10-15minute walk to the main centre. Parking was great and just outside, we stayed when not too many people were there so there was always a space. There’s 3 spaces right outside and then parking on the road right next to them. The road itself is quite secluded so no traffic noise. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Weather was really windy so didn’t get a chance to use the outside area unfortunately but no fault of the hotel! My bedside plug socket was a bit loose so my plug kept falling out but it wasn’t that bad.
