Im Winter absolut nicht zu empfehlen, eiskalt!

Die Zimmer waren wie ein Eisschrank. Zimmer waren eiskalt. Klimaanlage ("Heizung") war in einem Zimmer nicht aktiv. Badezimmer eiskalt, Boden auch. Konnten nicht schlafen, weil wir konstant gefroren haben. Im Sommer sicher kein Problem aber im Winter wirklich nicht zu empfehlen. Auch Parkplatz, den wir angemeldet haben, war nicht immer frei. Wir haben unseren Besuch abrupt abgebrochen und sind in ein anderes Hotel, wo es schön warm war. Es scheint auch, dass niemand gemerkt hat, das wir nicht mehr da waren, es hat sich niemand vom Hotel gemeldet, ob alles ok sei. Wir haben nur eine von 4 Nächten da verbracht, haben dann einen Gutschein für zwei Nächte erhalten, dass könnte man als Positiv sehen, Erwartung wäre aber definitiv eine Rückerstattung gewesen, weil wir wollen da bestimmt nicht mehr hin. Aber da wir zwei Zimmer hatten, ist es eigentlich nur eine Nacht, die wir als Gutschein bekommen haben.

Pleasant weekend.
Pros:

The hotel was amazing, very clean and so quite.
Very close to the Pula Arena and to the old town as well ( 8 mins by walk ).
The team Matheo and Momo were very helpful and kind.
Will definitely go back.

Das Hotel ist eine echt tolle Anlage, alles sauber gut funktionierenende Klimaanlage, etc.. Etwas außerhalb der Stadt ist es eine ruhige Oase in der man sehr gut entspannen kann.
Das Personal ist sehr professionell und freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist dabei Milos, er ist äußerst zuvorkommend und gibt einem tolle Tipps, wo man gut essen kann und welche Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten man besuchen muss.

Lovely hotel, with good facilities and very helpful, friendly staff.
Pros:

The outside area was very pretty. The staff were very attentive and gave us some great tips for our next place in Rovinj.

Cons:

Nothing really apart from it was a little out of town but then we knew that when we booked.

A special mention to the guy at the front desk, he was very kind and friendly. He took care of pretty much everything.
