The best hotel in Pula
Pros:

Breakfast is perfect, the spot is very nice and the food is great! We got the room with a pool inside and it was great! Coming back from adventures in the summer sun and jumping into the pool was perfect. The hotel is very nice and beautiful but what makes it really special is the people there, kind, attentive, they knew our names and were always making sure we were comfortable and had the best experience. We arrived late but were able to check in and enjiy, It was really sad that we had to leave

Cons:

We really have no complaints, everything went very well. I would have liked more time if anything!

Schönes Hotel , abseits und ruhig gelegen. Tolles Frühstück a la Carte , nettes Personal !
Irena hat uns mit Tips beraten , Perfekt.

Cons:

Hotel ist erst 6 Jahre alt , aber hat diverse Baumängel. Auf den Fotos sieht es besser aus als in der Realität..

Pros:

The staff were friendly, approachable, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also conveniently located, less than a 10-minute easy walk from the city centre.

Cons:

Very low value for money.

The property looks significantly better in the pictures than it does in real life. Our room had a stale and unpleasant smell, the furniture and equipment felt low quality, and the bathroom was not maintained properly, with moldy and damaged silicone sealing around the shower.

The room was advertised as having a minibar, but there was none. Secured parking was also advertised, but in reality there were only a few unmarked parking spots around the hotel, with no guarantee that a space would be available.
The restaurant and breakfast experience were also disappointing. The restaurant is very small, with only a few two-person tables that do not provide enough space, and the area was not air-conditioned, making it extremely hot inside. The outdoor seating did not offer adequate shade either.

Overall, the place is cleaned only on a basic level, but it lacks proper maintenance, comfort, and attention to detail. It does not match the impression given by the photos or the description on Booking especially for the prices being payed.

We had an amazing time there!
Pros:

The location is only a short walk away from Pula Arena, nice cool down pools, breakfast was amazing, Irena has been an absolute star looking after us together with the rest of team.
Irena made our stay so much more personal and friendly, the whole team have been amazing. Thank you all

Pros:

Very nice hotel at a very convenient location at walking distance from the center. Very friendly and helpful people. Also the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The curtain was a bit too narrow to cover the whole window.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Due gesamte Anlage ist so liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, alle sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, besonders Irena ist ein wahrer Segen! Das Frühstück a la carte, ein Traum! Das Zimmer direkt am Pool mit zwei eigenen Liegen, Einstieg in den Pool direkt vom Schlafzimmer über den eigenen Balkon - ein Traum! Die Betten sehr bequem. Es ist zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit sehr sehr ruhig in der gesamten Anlage. Bis 22 Uhr mixen Irena und Stefan auf Bestellung jedoch sehr gute Drinks 😉
Die Lage: wenn man in die Arena oder Altstadt will, TOP (5 Minuten den Hügel abwärts ist man direkt an der Arena). Für einen Strandurlaub weniger geeignet, zumindest sollte man eim Auto haben oder gut zu Fuß sein um an die schönen Strände zu gelangen. Zum Hawaiian Beach waren wir 1:40 Std. zu Fuß unterwegs. Die Umgebung rund um die Arena hat nicht wirklich Flair, die angrenzende Altstadt jedoch sehr wohl!

Cons:

Es war alles wunderbar.
