Pros:

The hotel is a bit further out from central Shenzhen than I had anticipated (Shenzhen is massive). Still quite close to the nearest metro station so prepare for the long subway ride. My main disappointment was that the bathroom was not in very good condition when I arrived (after midnight, so my assumption is I was not expected) however on subsequent days the room was kept clean by the friendly aunties. They provide a stove, but no cooking equipment. Other than that its pretty decent

Pros:

For the price, you can't beat this place. The rooms are clean, bed is perfect, bathroom was clean and includes a small kitchen. There are plenty of coffee/tea shops, sushi, ramen, mini marts, and plenty of other shops in same strip mall.
