Perfect location, lovely rooms, great venue for a gig and the food and drinks were lovely - highly recommended

Lovely, quirky
Pros:

Quirky. Lots of stuff on at the venue. Nice room. Decent coffee machine. Bathroom was great, including toiletries that weren’t screwed to the wall.

Great location. For London, food was really good value for money. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really.

Beautiful Room
Pros:

Great location, very clean, well decorated, friendly staff and spacious. Parking free between 17:30 and 8:30.

Cons:

No YouTube or Netflix
Limescale on the overhead shower

Great didn’t stop all the weekend and nice to come back to relax and sleep well. Merry Christmas
Pros:

Staff friendly, room cosy, great location, I would come back time and time again which I will. I’ll book direct next time. Keep doing what you are doing.

Cons:

I suppose there is always room for improvement even in the very expensive hotels in London.

Pros:

Die Lage in Ballham. Gute U-Bahn Zug Anbindung. Fast täglich Livemusik.

Cons:

Die Speisen im Lokal waren nicht qualitativ. Kaffee wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Sauberkeit geht anders.

The location was good easy to get to the transit near by

Cons:

Would not recommend anyone stay on a Friday / Saturday night unless you are planning on being up until 2am. The club noise is incredibly loud. There was a previous guests comment card left, some pink liquid on the wall and an off putting stain upon entering out room.

Excellent location next to tube and rail links, fun luxury pub stay
Pros:

Great rooms, individual design language a circus burlesque feel to a few i have stayed in, forget boring Hilton! Great pub bar and restaurant below for food and great discounts for guests!!

Leuk en schattig hotel op een fijne locatie.
Pros:

De locatie was perfect. Vlakbij het metrostation, waardoor je zo in het centrum was. Doordat het hotel boven een pub is, is er een gezellige sfeer.

Cons:

Aan de andere kant zorgde de pub op vrijdag en zaterdag wel voor geluidsoverlast. De kamers waren zeker niet geluiddicht.

Es hat uns gut gefalle, Lage war optimal und Zimmer sehr sauber.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung. Da es keine Frühstück Option in der Unterkunft gab, war die Ausstattung im Hotelzimmer sehr gut. Einen Mini Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Nespresso Maschine, viel Kaffe und Tee auswählt. Auch etwas Geschirr war da.

Cons:

Es gab leider nur 1 Sitzmöglichkeit im Zimmer. Ein 2ter Stuhl wäre schön gewesen, da es auch 2 Tische gab. Die Matratze war sehr hart und leider führte das zu Schmerzen in der Hüfte meiner Begleitung und mir.
