Dirty rooms. The bedsheet had hair all over from previous guest. The toilet flush was not working and you could hear all the commotion outside the room.
The internet connection was good.
The room, bed sheets and towel were dirty; there were insects in the room; there was no window in the room. It wasn't safe to go out.
Worst experience of my life! Con men running the show. Avoid at all cost. We booked via bookings.com and arrived as planned and confirmed with Hotel to check in, only to be told at front desk that there are no rooms available! They found our booking but gave no explanation of why the room was no longer available. We consistently kept in contact with the hotel and they have been messaging us via WhatsApp! How can you confirm our booking for our room and then tell us, no rooms, sorry! We were left stranded. Where were we to go in the middle of the night. No apologies or regret expressed by staff, they were rude and didn’t really care! They signposted us to another shabby, seedy hotel, which apparently they own, charged us over the odds for the most disgusting, dirty room. Don’t book this hotel.
Honour the booking and not leave the guests stranded in the middle of the night!
Great staff who were very helpful and accommodative. If the quality of food is improved and cleanliness is taken care a bit more then this hotel would be great place given its proximity to the Delhi airport.
