Gepflegtes Hotel in historischem Kontext an zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Hotel mit guter Ambiente. Angenehmes Zimmer mit funktionalem Bad (zwei Lavabos, schwellenlose Dusche).
Reichhaltiges Frühstück in der "Brasserie" mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung.
Die "Brasserie" hat sich auch bezüglich Dîner als gute Wahl erwiesen.
Der gesicherte Parkplatz im Innenhof war ok.

Cons:

Der Innenhof der "Maison des Têtes" ist wohl hübsch gestaltet; es fehlt aber eine Sitzgelegenheit, etwa für rauchende Gäste.

Excelente em todos os aspectos. Desde a recepção a limpeza e conservação.
A atenção dos funcionários e a presteza no atendimento aos pedidos.

Cons:

Dois itens, mais que não desabona a qualidade do hotel:
1. A banheira muito alta no acesso sem o apoio necessário. Pessoas de estatura baixa ou com alguma deficiência são obrigadas a um esforço adicional.
2. Nenhum dos funcionários falavam português ou espanhol. O que não foi dificuldade para nós (eu e minha esposa).

De renovatie is o.i. een echte tegenvaller. Alle authenticiteit is weg. Wat in de plaats is gekomen niet echt smaakvol. Maar dat is een persoonlijke appreciatie.

L'emplacement et le fait d'avoir un parking privé avec accès direct a l'hôtel et sécurisé sont super.
Le Personnel d'une gentillesse exeptionnel.
Le wine stubbe excellent et très bon vin abordable. Petit déjeuner servit a table avec énormément de choix.

Pros:

Centrally located historic hotel with an exceptionally nice comfortable room big bed and newly fitted bathroom. Great bathrobes and towels and lovely helpful staff who helped me get an appointment for a toothache when I couldnt find anywhere..

This is NOT a hotel, it’s just rooms & a reception area.

This is NOT a hotel, it’s an ‘apart hotel’ with rooms and a reception area. There is no lounge, no bar and no comfortable armchairs or sofas so it’s not possible to sit and have a coffee or a glass of wine or just relax and read a book. So disappointing !
