This is NOT a hotel, it’s just rooms & a reception area.

A great location.

Cons:

This is NOT a hotel, it’s an ‘apart hotel’ with rooms and a reception area. There is no lounge, no bar and no comfortable armchairs or sofas so it’s not possible to sit and have a coffee or a glass of wine or just relax and read a book. So disappointing !

We would definitely stay again. The staff , the excellent food and the beautiful room were wonderful.

History and heartwarming
Pros:

The history of the location and the dedication of the staff, from cleaning duties or breakfast. They noted my wife favourite hot drink and kept bringing every day for us in the room

Cons:

We didn’t know it was off season, so we couldn’t eat at night in their restaurant but they still have room service so we’re gonna come back next time to enjoy even that part

This outstanding hotel enhanced our visit to this beautiful town.
Pros:

This has to be one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed. Not only is it ideally located to explore the amazing town of Colmar, the hotel exudes charm and history. The breakfast and little extras that the staff provide such as breakfast takeaway and travel bags. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Nothing really. Elderly people may struggle with the French style shower in the bath.

De netheid en het mooie kader.
De vriendelijkheid van het personeel

Cons:

De toegang tot het hotel in een voetgangerszone is moeilijk vindbaar . Ontbreken van een bewegwijzerde aanduiding naar het hotel.
