SCAM - place exists but this is a fake profile
Cons:

THIS IS A SCAM. The place really exists but when we arrived there, the lady told us, she didn't have a booking account, only Airbnb. Since both her rooms were booked, we couldn't stay there but had to find something else spontaneously.
Booking refunded us the money but overall not a pleasant experience.
The owner of the place seemed nice and the place looked good, so booking it on the airbnb should be fine.

Central location, but noisy and very cold
Pros:

When I go there they didn't have my reservation on booking, even though I had made it more that one month before. Therefore, my room was occupied by someone else. Lucky me that the owner was there and gave me a family room.

Cons:

The location is petty noisy at night, even though it's a residential neighborhood. There are a lot of dogs barking all night and the owner's dog as well running on the stairs of the house and barking during the night.

Baguio is very cold at night and I was freezing with only a very thing blanket that they gave me. Internet was very slow. At least I had a water heater to make some tea and warm up a bit. Pretty expensive place for what they offer, I basically paid a double room even though I was just one.
