Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De extra’s op de kamer zijn geweldig. Ontbijt super. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en betrokken.

Un très joli boutique hôtel avec une super deco, qui nous a permis de vraiment nous reposer après les visites.
Pros:

L’emplacement très central idéal pour visiter la ville à pied.

Le personnel, très professionnel et attentionné.

La deco, vraiment très recherchée et raffinée.
Nous avons eu une très jolie junior suite au 2eme étage.
L’équipement des chambres est très complet.
Des fruits frais et friandises tous les jours.

Le petit déjeuner top,
Le rooftop pour un verre le soir, très sympa et calme,

Et surtout l’aide de l’équipe à la réception pour nous trouver des billets pour l’alhambra que nous n’avions pas pu trouver sur les sites publics.
Également les conseils pour les spectacles et tavernes / restaurants. L’equipe a vraiment été proactive, bravo !

Je n’ai juste pas essayé le coin spa, faute de temps.

Carte uniquement pour des plats sales
On sert la boisson chaude et on attend plus de 30 mn pour la suite
Pour un petit dej classique il n’y a que du pain grillé et des minis croissants et si on demande ! Pas de choix de confiture
Le personnel ne parle pas vraiment anglais donc difficile d’avoir ce que l’on demande !
Donc c’est dommage car le reste est très bien

Central, new, clean, comfortable, amazing, helpful staff! We loved staying at this hotel! We couldn’t get the tickets to Alhambra and the wonderful lady Elvira at reception helped us right at check in and we had the tickets for the next day!
