Location is good
No playing area like pool, snooker, games etc for kids
Clean
Expensive and very slow checkin experience.
Nice clean hotel . Good location.
Room service is terrible! App does not work and they can’t even provide a hard copy menu
Location and price was very good.
The rooms could have been cleaner. My colleague had to change rooms on arrival as it hadn’t been cleaned properly.
Awesome property. Attentive staff
Nothing much
Room was pretty good
So many staff but none of them doing anything useful.
Large choice of food at breakfast but all bland.
Lovely hotel, rooms a little dated but comfortable. Great pool area and a fantastic restaurant - had my best meal of my India trip here - thank you chef
Nothing. All good, just a refresh in room and bathroom decor would bring it up a level. But great stay.
As always the location and warmth of the staff
The staff were really helpful when my husband was not feeling well on arrival.
The food on the rooftop was delicious,.the bed was comfy and breakfast was good.
Normally where multi cuisine food is served the water glasses are to be cleaned in hot water otherwise it would smell non-vegetarian odour …. This is what was disgusting and we were forced to outside the hotel.
When we ordered tea to our room in the morning, we were forced to persuade by calling 8 times in one hour and this is what we didn’t like … staff needs to trained
Good
D
Rooms are small but ok.
Buffet breakfast ok.
Lights look pretty at night.
This was written up as a five star hotel. It's not. Very tired looking pool area. Average dining facilities.
Surrounding areas are not good.
cleanliness and minimal use of plastics.
I had booked the rooms for overseas guests. They insisted on Passport and OCI card. Luckily, our guests had it with them. It is the responsibility of BOOKING.COM and hotels to inform customers that foreign guests need to have these documents with them. Not all foreigners come directly from airports. In our case our relatives were from USA/Australia. I was very disturbed and tensed. It spoilt my holiday. You need to display a clear message online that if a foreign national is among the guests, they will need to bring the necessary documents. While it may be a common practice among all hotels, locals may not be aware of these requirements. Overall very unpleasant experience.
