The location was good. The hotel is cosy and staff are friendly.

very co-operative for baby food, complimentary birthday cake for baby and very good hospitality ar the reception.

Cons:

we planned decoration for baby's birthday in restaurant - we had to follow up a lot and we dint find the planning to be as good as expected. example : lighting was dim and we asked multiple times if welcome drink can be refilled but they kept on postponing it anf never came back with an answer. it could be yes or no but they didnt answer anything.
