Good location
Pros:

Good location. However renovation of certain facilities dampen our spirits. Staff were helpful but lacked friendly customer service delivery when it comes to friendly customer service.
Breakfast staff were efficient in their duties.

Cons:

Renovation of restaurant was a dampner.

Good, centrally located hotel with great service
Pros:

Very attentive staff. Breakfast was great and the room was spacious.
The room was well equipped with all the amenities.
They offered us complimentary tea and snacks which was thoughtful.

Cons:

Parking is a bit tight.

Bad arrival, wonderful stay
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast and staff and well priced

Cons:

When we arrived we were told there was an error in Booking’s inventory and that there was no room available. This was at 2am middle of the night . They provided us an interim room which was just refurbished

Pros:

The reception staff were cordial. However, putting that extra smile will not cost anything. The kitchen staff and especially the girls and boys who serve food have excellent charm and affection for guests.

I didn't like staff's responsibility
They didn't respond correctly to the customer they didn't even give a call to it's breakfast time is up they didn't even inform us
Even if we order something they didn't send the food or housekeeping sooner it was very bad experience

Great staff, excellent location. Could do better on the rooms.
Pros:

The staff were very attentive, including the wait staff at the restaurants. The FB Manager was very cooperative.

Cons:

The rooms were small, and quite outdated. The carpets were stained and overall the quality of the furnishings and materials were average for a star hotel.
