From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Pros:

Vicino alla fermata del treno per andare in aeroporto, anche se non intuitivo perché bisogna attraversare il centro commerciale

Cons:

La struttura é poco curata ed un po’ datata, l’ascensore non funziona bene e bisogna premere ripetutamente i tasti, la camera molto basica, con delle piccole finestre che avrebbero permesso di avere una bella vista se fossero state grandi, il personale non é stato accogliente e disponibile. Abbiamo ad esempio chiesto un po’ di acqua e qualche cosa di semplice come colazione da portare via visto che era inclusa ma avevamo il volo di rientro ma non sono stati disponibili perché non richiesto prima.

Cons:

The staff is very disappointing, all the receptionist is super slow. Can't even accept 5 minute early check in . The check in time was very late 3pm only accepting for check in even u waited more then 2 hours . No tolerance at all .

This has become the worst hotel to stay at. For someone who used to stay here often, and have your front desk staff reply to me in a rude manner only goes to show that I ought to take my business elsewhere. I hope this hotel closes down soon.
