I am disappointed to the room air conditioning very bad not working very well , the provide standard fan to use but that fan also very noisy.. this not 1st time … most of room the air conditioner have problems. Pls. Check and repair soon as possible. Tq

Strategic location with improvement on facilities
Pros:

Location, very near to KL sentral and a lot of convenient stores and mamak restaurants nearby making food easily accessable. The room was also clean and bed was quite comfortable.

Cons:

The only problem was the air-conditioning was not functioning well. I managed to get help from their maintenance staff to come and check. They couldn’t do much because it’s central but they did provide a stand fan for us. Hope they can fix the air-conditioning to make it more comfortable to guests staying.

Location, air-con, fridge, hairblower, hot water showers and kettle with tea, coffee packets and tasty breakfast.

Cons:

TV not working, window can't latch, noise from street and neighbours late at night, stale smell in bathroom, soap and shampoo niggardly given - low quantities in their containers.
