The location

Cons:

There are still medicine wrappers left behind beside the bed.then back of the water dispenser was soo dusty it was look like they didn't use vacuum cleanering on the floor.

Bad hotel
Pros:

ホテルの立地がとても良かったです

Cons:

日中のフロントの女性スタッフの言い方が攻撃的で失礼なため、非常に不快でした。
系列ホテルの「アトラス」も同様でした
スタッフの教育やサービスマインドが欠여しています。
荷物の預かりも受け付けてもらえず, 非常に不便でした。

Pratique pour le dépannage d'une nuit.
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé dans le quartier de Shinjuku, Check-in à 21h pour la nuit. Très propre, confortable avec beaucoup de commodités dans la salle de bain et une baignoire assez grande pour deux personnes.

Cons:

L'arrivée est tardive (21h) car l'hôtel est principalement utilisé en journée par des couples. Il faut s'attendre à des nuits bruyante également... Pas d'accommodation du personnel pour déposer les bagages plus tôt (pensez aux lockers dans le quartiers) et communication en anglais difficile.

Pros:

Check in was very easy and booking via Expedia was also easy. I speak some japanese and that helps. The staff were kind and the rooms had nice amenities. Though I did not order it, room service is available. Please be aware of check-in and out hours and read all rules. Kabukicho is great for night life, but stay aware of your surroundings. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance.
