Great potential with things to be solved for a better experience
Pros:

Spacious room with several windows (which is a plus in India) and great area (safe, clean and with decent food options). It is a simple hotel that could be a topper on its category with a good value for money

Cons:

Arriving after 8:00 pm we expected our room to be ready for the four guests, however there were insufficient pillows (2), blankets (2) and towel (1!!!). Took a while to get things setup. But the worst was the shower with no hot water. 3 different people came to the room and no one solved for it. The last person asked for 2 minutes and never returned. If the hotel can deliver on some basics (organization and hot water) it has great potential

This place does not have a homely feel

Only that it’s located in a nice place closer to the malls

It was really great staying here.

It was really great staying here. Service was excellent. Staffs are really well behaved. Homely food served. Thank you to the hotel staffs for making us so comfortable.
