Pros:

The front desk went above and beyond when the guest business office was not printing. I needed important documents for court and she made sure I could print them.

Overall wonderful stay. All the staff were excellent
Pros:

Breakfast was good, I was looking for hot chocolate due to the weather, however I was okay with the hot tea. Not a coffee drinker.

Cons:

I could hear the occupant in room 215 snoring through the walls.
