Wouldn’t stay here again which is unfortunate because it seemed fairly new.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, Dove products were nice, air worked well.

Cons:

Walls thin, could hear all activity around us. Outside was a lot of sketchy people in parking lot and seemed normal for the area. Breakfast was an absolute disappointment. Selections were just ok but they ran out of everything with only one older lady to restock and she was definitely not able to keep up. Had employees that could’ve helped her but chose not to.

Cons:

Cleanliness was decent. Sleep was interrupted by an alleged house call for towels at 1am and loud neighbors. Was passing through on a road trip with my dog who happened to spill some water, when I went to wipe the floor, the towel was filthy as if the floors hadn’t been cleaned - ever.

Pros:

Location was good and the room was clean. The walk in shower was nice. The dove products provided were nice. Employees were very friendly

Cons:

Our check in process was longer than it should have been. There was only one person at the front desk at 5:00 and there were 4 people waiting ahead of us. Once checked in, the door key wouldn’t work and returned to the front desk twice then an employee came up to the room to open the door and discovered the room wasn’t even clean and then relocated us. The room was very small and the conditioner and body lotion dispensers were empty.

Pros:

The front desk went above and beyond when the guest business office was not printing. I needed important documents for court and she made sure I could print them.
