Two things:
The first is that it was very confusing to leave the property. We had to get out and struggle to get our hands out to get the access code to leave and run to the car to get out. The first time we tried, the door almost hit our car, and we had to go back to stop that from happening. We tried again, but this time faster.
The second thing is that inside the capsule, around the window, there was a lot of mold, and when we showered, the entire floor of the room got wet from the steam.
making it more comfortable to leave the property and allowing the window to open to let in air.
Inside the capsule it is beautiful and comfortable.
Light and water went out from 1am-10:40am.
Window of capsule was fogged up from the moment we arrived to the moment we left and all the other capsules around were clean and clear.
The bed and pillows really nice and really comfortable that was awesome place to experience.
The heater took a little while to heat up the cúpula.
They double booked my reservation and someone was already in my room upon our arrival. My card was charged and they said my payment hadn’t gone through when in fact it did.
Location was great. It was clean and had all essentials.
I couldn’t load the information about the entry pin on my phone.
I liked the interior decor, the amenities, the bedroom setting overlooking the vineyard.
