Exceptional will come back
Pros:

Exceptional, really nice location. Great thought put into arrival. I had a call when I was on my way making sure I had everything i needed to get there. When I arrived I was greeted and booked in and even ordered me a cab to go and watch the football. Chocolates and a note on the bed. Fantastic.
Breakfast was ace too, everyone incredibly friendly

Great value, relaxed surroundings.
Pros:

really happy with room and the bathroom was especially of good standard. nice to have some choclolates and a welcome card left on bed for arrival. only disapointment was that there was no TV in bar but i was told this was against policy and hotel theme. given it was the world cup and england game, perhaps an exception could have been made!

Very welcoming by all the staff we met ,they couldn't have been more helpful,the lovely receptionist gave us tips on where to visit ,the food we had was really nice was a bonus that they had EV charging on site .
