Goed en gezellig hotel met comfortabele kamer en goede bedden. Jammer van de wat muffe lucht.
Pros:

Locatie: prima gelegen en goed bereikbaar per auto. Goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Hygiëne in de kamer: veel motten die rondfladderen en rioollucht vanuit badkamer. Bed prima: goed en schoon.

Great staff, good rooms.
Pros:

Stay here regularly on business. Staff are all lovely. Rooms are absolutely fine - clean and tidy. The restaurant is also nice and again, staff great.

Cons:

Some rooms are a tiny bit noisy, but it’s a hotel after all.

Pros:

We've stayed here before hotel is clean and comfortable and in an ideal position to what we need

Cons:

The only downside is that there wasn't enough staff on at Breakfast and we had to wait a long time and some of the items ran out a bit disappointing to a wonderful night's stay

Nice, but room for improvement
Pros:

Location, bar and eating area, size of the room with sofa area, style of the room, bathroom

Cons:

The toilet seat was broken. Staff were aware of it before our stay, we made them aware the temporary fix had not worked on the first morning, no effort was made to fix for the rest of our stay. Hotel reception staff were not engaging and did not interact.

Pros:

Danielle was fab, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Beds were comfy. Bathroom clean. Quiet overnight despite hearing heavy foot traffic from upstairs early evening.

Cons:

Entrance doors a bit worn and grubby, happily though the room was nice.

It was a pleasant and quiet stay that served my needs well.

Cons:

I liked the property because it has a more traditional look and style rather than the sterile appearance of some of the major chain hotels.

Cancelled on me the night before!
Cons:

The hotel cancelled my longstanding booking the evening before a planned 2 night stay. They then sent me a list of hotels in the area, all of which were fully booked. I spent several hours trying to find accommodation for myself and a colleague.

Fantastic stay, great family room, excellent value for money.
Pros:

Lovely spacious family room with 3 separate beds. Amazing value for money. The included breakfast was lovely and the staff were great. EV charging on site.

Cons:

I think the signage to check in was a tiny bit confusing but nothing that impacted on the stay.
