Location is good, it is close to many restaurants and convenience stores
1. There were 2 live cockroaches that I found on 2 separate days. 1 in the toilet and 1 in the room. Additionally, there was a dead cricket that was not cleaned up even after 2 weeks.
2. Cigarette smoke goes into the toilet once in a while
3. Shower water needs 10 mins before it gets warm
4. Lobby has a foul smell
Locatiin was very bad. I felt like i was in Korea instead in Vietnam. Morea Koreans as Vietnams. Korean shops korean restaurants. Absolutely NO pho.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Friendly and even helped me to move my luggage by motorbike from other hotel to Shilla Luxury hotel.

I chose the room in basement because I wanted a quiet place to sleep in. It was exactly what I needed.
This is very miner thing for me becaus TV lots of coffee shops nearby. Coffee and t back swear served as well as cups but I could find a hot water ketter for maling them
It’s not a luxury hotel but it exceeded my expectations. The rooms are comfortable with luxurious linens. A frig, a kettle, good air conditioning are all critical in this climate. But the very best part of my stay here are the two young people who work the front desk, Ruby and Kim. They are the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable faces of this hotel. There is a front verandah for sitting outside out of the rain where the tasty breakfast is served (a Vietnamese and a western style are offered, both delicious) but is also where you can meet other travellers. Kim is especially good at sitting with the guests in the evening and his great English skills makes good conversation easy and fun. I came to recognize one of the owners who was often there, but she never greeted the guests, it was these two younguns who came to know your preferences and worked to answer any question you had. Ruby never let me move my rented motorbike by myself, she ran to help
I have to also give a shout out to the helpful and friendly cleaning staff, and Xuan who cooked my breakfast every day.
I wanted to stay in D7 for this part of my trip. This was a great place to stay for a week while I reacquainted myself with Saigon. I loved it!
I like the location.
I paid extra for breakfast, but they said they have to know the night before to order it. They do not serve breakfast. I was extremely disappointed!
Also the shower area overflowed water because the drain was clogged. They could not fix it.
