Absolutely Stunning
Pros:

What a stunning hotel! Our favourite of the trip! It was clean and the staff were amazing. Super helpful and always willing to help. Perfect location for us with walking to the Honda Cub Cafe and owl cafe. We didn't use the pool but it looked amazing 😍

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast staff who didn't speak the best English and there was no gluten option.

Pros:

Close to the city center. Beautiful building.

Cons:

The staff at the reception was really nice and kind, but during breakfast time we didn't feel like that. The communication was difficult and they didn't bring what we asked for. In addition..when my daughter asked for more bread, they said to her to wait....but never brought sth. We left after waiting for 10' (we were the only ones at the time to the breakfast room). The walls are really thin, we could hear everything from the room next to ours.

Great location with friendly staff

Cons:

Garden room was noisier than ideal - kitchen staff preparing breakfast right outside the door from around 6am and bathroom quite cramped. Better laid-out and quieter rooms upstairs.

アドバイスも、的確で、楽でした。

Wasserversorgung im Bad. Ein nicht mehr so neues Gebäude, aber am Rande der Altstadt. Wir konnten zwei Veranstaltungen miterleben, vom Balkon oder mittendrin.

Super cute hotel in the heart of the old town close to everything
Pros:

Loved the old town feel about the hotel. Nothing was too much if we return to Phuket I would definitely book this hotel again.

Bright cheerful friendly oasis in the heart of Phuket
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well made and served in style. Rooms were clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a an expresso machine in the breakfast area - serving good capuccinos/lattes. The lift is very small and really only good for luggage. A little fiddly to operate.
