Would have been a nice stay, but...
Pros:

We have stayed in another unit of the Condo Facility before so the location is familiar to us.

Cons:

However, this time around, we were all set to go, when we were informed by the unit owner a day before our intended stay that their unit was under maintenance and could not be used. Needless to say, the news was very disappointing. Further, I had already been charged in full. We had no choice but to search for alternative accommodations, which was quite inconvenient. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. The owner has reached out, though, and said they would help process our refund.

Just today, I was informed that our upcoming December booking was also canceled by the owner due to the closure of the accommodation.
