In overall It was okay but be aware of the noise.
Pros:

The location is good and safe. The property is well secured.
The room is big and bright
The shared bathroom is also big and has some natural lighting which is pleasant

Cons:

The noise. I think there is an hostel or a bar not too far. It was kind of hard to have a good sleep.
If you are sensitive to the noise I would not recommend to stay here.

Bed sheets should be cleaner.

The door of the room is hard to lock.

It was very nice there, I would go again!
Pros:

Matheus was a great host. Very warmhearted and funny. He always asked if everything was all right and helped when he could. The room was lovely and quiet and it had all that I needed to feel at home there. I could use the kitchen to cook, I even used the beautiful work space and enjoyed the roof terrasse in the morning.

Cons:

I didn’t miss anything except ‘tigelas’ in the kitchen. :)
