Great value and a hotel that was everything that they advertised
Pros:

Very good value, very helpful staff, drivers collect you from airport and arranged a driver to take me back. A good restaurant with good food and excellent service

Cons:

It is on a very busy road and not much to walk to as a tourist

Από καθαριότητα χάλια,πιεστικό προσωπικό όπως παντού στο Δελχί,πολύ χάλια η περιοχή,το μόνο καλό ο χώρος του πρωινού στην ταράτσα και καπουτσίνο πρωινό.

Das City Star Hotel besticht durch exzellente Gastfreundschaft, wobei besonders der überaus zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Service von Herrn Singh hervorsticht. Auch die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant überzeugen durch ihre Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit, was den Aufenthalt rundum angenehm macht.

The City Star Hotel excels in hospitality, particularly thanks to the exceptionally courteous and helpful service provided by Mr. Singh. The restaurant staff also impresses with their warmth and attentiveness, making the entire stay truly enjoyable.

Cons:

Die Rezeption wusste leider nichts über die Metro-Anbindung (Airport Express) am Bahnhof NDLS. Zudem setzte uns der Hotel-Shuttle am falschen Gate ab, sodass wir unser Gepäck über unbefestigte Straßen zum Gate 7 schleppen mussten.

The reception lacked info on the Airport Express Metro, and the shuttle dropped us at the wrong gate. This forced us to drag our luggage over unpaved roads to Gate 7.

Für westliche Verhältnisse sind die Räume etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Sieht auf den ersten Blick sehr hochwertig aus, was es materialtechnisch auch sieht aber obwohl es sauber ist etwas angeschmuddelt aus

Ich war nach einer Woche in Himachal Pradesh nach Delhi zurückgekehrt und wurde erneut freundlich und professionell im Hotel City Star empfangen. Muneer, desk manager, und Harpeet, front manager, standen mir mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Es ist für Touristen ein sehr angenehmer Ort, wo auf jede individuelle Frage und auf jedes individuelle Bedürfnis sofort eingegangen wird.
Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
