Love this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Was kindly given an upgraded room as it was our wedding anniversary . All facilities not ready yet which was disappointing. Turning a blind eye to people smoking also annoyed us . Everything else was fabulous
All inclusive and colocated with other merit hotels
The wait staff was sometimes difficult to get service from...even ignoring your request at times. You have to be persistent. It was never like that before. I have been frequently going to the 3 merits in the area for over 19 years now.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible five-star hotel, and I can’t thank the team enough for making our experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Dogcan and Serdar, whose exceptional service truly made a difference. Both went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, with their warmth and attentiveness. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds and a fantastic room that exceeded all expectations. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the overall atmosphere was both luxurious and welcoming. We are already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you again to all the staff!

I got irritated by having to repeat myself multiple times and still not getting a suitable answer, for a so called international hotel this was pretty bad. I booked a room and paid in full for 3 guests, checked in with 3 guests and received 3 keys, upon arrival at the room it was only set up and spacious enough for 2 guests (only 1 bed)
Lovely hotel, great location and facilities
Beach facilities weren’t up and running yet making it a very short season . Expensive to stay so you are looking for it to have everything on offer
