Perfect stopover hotel to freshen up and rest before your next flight.
Pros:

We have stayed at the Ambassador Transit Hotel a few times now and they are always spotless, clean, fresh and comfortable rooms. The staff are always pleasant and efficient.

High cost for average room and amenities. No bar drive for my medication. Won’t go there again as too difficult to organ
Pros:

The bed was comfy enough but not above average.

Cons:

The location, signage was poor to get there, staff didn’t answer repeated calls, I did not know about needing a boarding pass to get there. It took me a long time to sort that out as the airline staff had left the terminal.

Great concept for a short term sleep between flights.
Pros:

Great concept of being able to sleep and shower between flights without having to enter Singapore.

Cons:

It’s not cheap, but I guess it’s a supply and demand situation.

Great location to have a sleep and freshen up before the next flight
Pros:

Was good to have somewhere close and easy to get to for a break before our next flight. Two buffet meals were included in our stay at the lounge just across the hallway.

Was good to be able to pay for the time you need the room we needed an extra hour from the 12 offered and they were happy to accommodate us.

A quiet place to sleep in Singapore Airport.
Pros:

The room was excellent and suited the needs of a 6 hour layover in Singapore Airport.
Beds were comfortable and it was great to have a nice shower and some room service.

Cons:

The price is a little steep for a 6 hour stay, however still better than a lounge and in our case of long travel, it definitely helped.
