Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable and suited our needs for a long layover. Expensive.
Pros:

Quiet room, very clean and comfortable and close to Terminal for embarkation

Cons:

Not a great selection of food in the lounge. Mainly Asian inspired.

Much needed stay for a long stopover.
Pros:

Location, close to the 24hr dining and lots of stores nearby as well

Cons:

6 hours felt a little short, suggest to increase to 7 hours.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

When we arrived the receptionist told us she could provide a family room rather having us separate. It was very kind of her to notice our booking and offer the change. We were also unwell so it helped.

Pros:

The shower was worth the price alone. The room is exactly what you need after a long flight. Comfortable. Dark. Quiet. I'll definitely book again.

Cons:

I struggle to find the place but that was probably me being exhausted after a long flight 😂

Worth the money
Pros:

Well worth the money when you have a long layover in Singapore and don't want leave the airport.
The staff were fantastic as she knew we were tired and not processing information well, and remained patient with our questions.

Convenient but costly if wanting a proper sleep during an inconvenient layover
Pros:

Convenience of being airside for layovers with inconvenient flight times. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The included dinner and breakfast, though the food was limited to the associated lounge wasn’t ideal as it was limited.

Cons:

It wasn’t as clean as we’d hoped and the large step up into the bathroom was weird. It was probably overpriced but you pay for the convenience of location

A restful stay between two long flights in a clean and comfortable room.
Pros:

Room was clean and quiet and good for sleeping between long flights. Coffee and tea making and complementary water a nice touch. Lunch (included) at the lounge across the foyer was also efficient and good.

Cons:

6 hours was a bit short. I would have preferred 8.

Good hotel for transit in Singapore. Breakfast was good
Pros:

Staff were nice, convenient location. Ability to use shower room and breakfast after 6 hour block made it work.
