Everything was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

One of two staff members was surly and unhelpful. I don't remember the exact interaction, but at 5 am, having traveled all night, I would have much preferred a kind, helpful person.

Great stopover with bed for 6 hrs, including shower and breakfast.
Pros:

Great service to sleep 5-6 hrs on way back from Europe to Sydney.

Cons:

It's in term 2 and my flights term 1. The train wasn't working 2-5 am. Was a long walk!

Nice place to refresh between flights
Pros:

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable for long layover. About to get night’s sleep between two long flights. Being airside meant we didn’t need to worry about our checked baggage.

Easy to find and they included dinner and breakfast at their travel lounge across the walkway.

Pros:

Très pratique d'accès. Très proche des terminaux. La salle de bain est très confortable. Tout est très propre. La restauration est parfaite.

Cons:

Le matelas du lit était très dur. La chambre glacée par la climatisation. Même en l'arrêtant.

Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable and suited our needs for a long layover. Expensive.

Much needed stay for a long stopover.
Pros:

Location, close to the 24hr dining and lots of stores nearby as well

Cons:

6 hours felt a little short, suggest to increase to 7 hours.
