Leicht erreichbar, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Bett und Zimmer.

Cons:

幸運有個可以沐浴、躺平的地方
Pros:

1. 因漢莎航空員工罷工之故，飛機起飛當日被通知原訂航班延遲到隔天上午才飛，便臨時預定此間旅館，實際上只休息5個小時，但是在booking上的預定是12小時。
2. 由於此間旅館價格較高，所以即便住宿當天才在bookingt上預約，也還有空房。 雖然只有短短5個小時，但有個地方可以沐浴、躺平，真的心存感激。
3.除了價格高以外，這間旅館沒有什麼好抱怨的。 旅館有提供免費餐食，種類不多，我們並沒有使用。

I’d plop my 70 year old body down in the hallway before freeze all night
Pros:

The room was fairly well appointed. Clean. Location excellent. We did not have time to use any meal in that space so can’t comment. The temperature of the room far took away any good & to have the front desk staff refuse to look into it was astonishing for the money.

Cons:

Our room was absolutely freezing. The AC blew hats all night. I moved the two twin beds together so we could use our body warmth to help WITH the extra blankets. Front desk claimed all rooms were like that, yet when I walked into other rooms being cleaned in the morning they were the temperature of the hallway. She simply would not even walk into the room to feel the cold air blowing ALL NIGHT LONG. So no, that was definitely not worth $411.

Generally good
Pros:

Great location. Clean and well served with facilities. Fast easy check in. Had a 6 hour slot.

Cons:

Very hard mattress, thin walls so we could hear the man next door talking loudly on the phone. Big step up to bathroom so middle of the night bathroom call when sleepy was a bit dodgy! Cost £175 for 6 hours but did manage to get some sleep

Location. It was in the airport so it’s convenient.

The wall is thin. Can hear next door snored. Breakfast was lack of choices.

Pros:

It is a transit hotel, book for either 6 or 12 hours.
Staff helpful and friendly.
Room quiet, is small, but more than adequate for a transit rest. Very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Food included is taken in the Ambassador transit lounge and is not good, I would rather go and eat in the main terminal building at the many good restaurants. You are given a voucher and a sticker and allowed to spend 45 minutes to eat your meal

Pros:

The room was very cold, the climate control was blocked, I slept for an hour and a half and caught a cold, the drain in the bathroom sink didn't work properly, the TV didn't work, it turned on and the word "Smart TV" appeared on the screen and that was it. But overall, the staff was very pleasant, very nice people, thank you very much for the stay.
