Pros:

Tolles Hotel, mit sehr guter Ausstattung und freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Frühstück war auch super.

Pros:

Cet hôtel offre de nombreux services avec un excellent rapport qualité prix ! L’hôtel est très propre et le personnel chaleureux. Bien que l’hôtel soit éloigné de la gare du Sud, il est proche du magnifique quartier du « Green Lake ».

Five Star - hits all the boxes of service, quality, comfort and value!
Pros:

Outstanding reception and staff. They were always eager and helpful to accommodate any special needs from ordering food delivery to getting a pair of crutches delivered (and we had some with an injured ankle). Five star treatment!!!!!
Great location (as far as I could tell) and a beautifully maintained and equipped building. Multiple free amenities if desired from snacks and soft drinks in the room to any general hygiene item you can think of needing including, an on site laundry with free detergent.
A generous breakfast buffet, also attended by very helpful and friendly staff.
The hotel surprised me with clever innovations like a small motion detector nightlight that would come on for late night trips to the bathroom and a robot delivery room service for the food that I had them order.
I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone but the most particular guest.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing! It was a first class experience!

A very good stay if you aren’t planning to do laundry!
Pros:

The staff are nice and the rooms are clean. Water pressure and temperature are good. Located in a very convenient location to explore the cbd and easy drop off and pick up for Didi. Would recommend guests to stay here

Cons:

The laundry machines take a very very long time to dry clothes, like a very long time. I had to leave clothing in the dryer overnight and they still didn’t fully dry. So that being said, if someone else is using the 2 dryers then you’re in for a long long wait. Aside from this, quite a positive experience in all other aspects

Hotel in una buona posizione: 10 minuti di taxi dal centro. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Camere pulitissime e carine! Rapporto qualità/prezzo: eccezionale‼️
