Pros:

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme, joliment décoré. Notre chambre aussi était très agréable . Excellent emplacement par ailleurs.
Le personnel est parfait. J’ai dit à la réception que je devais quitter l’hôtel à 6h30 de matin et l’on m’a dit que quelqu’un serait à la réception dès 6h20 du matin(tout le monde dort à cette heure-là) pour nous accompagner avec nos valises jusqu’à un taxi précommandé. Ce qui fut le cas. Merci beaucoup.

Cons:

Il y a eu une petite soirée jusque tard dans la nuit dans une maison à côté de notre chambre. La chambre étant très peu insonorisée, la nuit fut courte.

Prima hotel maar locatie minder goed
Pros:

Ruime en comfortabele kamers, goede bedden en douche, gratis wasservice en late uitcheck. Ontbijtbuffet is ook prima.

Cons:

Locatie was minder goed, niet zo'n interessante buurt en bijna kwartier wandelen van metrostation. Medewerkers waren wisselend. Weinig persoonlijke service. Ik zou volgende keer ander hotel proberen.

Very comfortable stay in a lovely hotel with incredible staff

I absolutely loved this hotel. It’s cozy, comfortable, and full of charm. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. Their hospitality really made our stay special. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city. I would definitely stay here again and will definitely choose this hotel every time I’m back in Kunming. Highly recommended!
