It’s the second time we have been in a hotel from this chain and for a mid range hotel it’s wonderful: comfortable, clean, with all you need and many details, and nice and helpful staff
The business model is great, every need is met for guests, which is especially helpful for international travelers
The it's a little far north of a lot of good areas, but easy to get a taxi or Didi around the city
The room was great and had every little detail that we could need during our stay. They also provide free laundry service what is really great bonus.
We could smell cigarette smoke in our room at night, the policy about smoking should be more strict
The front desk manager 张德云 was extremely attentive and courteous.The room originally assigned to us stank of tobacco and our request for change was acceded to immediately and the manager personally ascertained the new room was fresh smelling before assigning to us. He came personally to help us bring our laundry for wash. The other front desk staff were also very helpful and forthcoming in showing us the directions to the shopping area. Breakfast was value for money. We have enjoyed our stay very much. Will book again when we come to Kunming next time.

Room is very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious.

Wonderful comfy room, very clean, good shower, spacious. Decent breakfast included in a really good price. Staff don't speak languages other than Mandarin but try very hard to look after visitors. Laundry is free too
The dryers take hours and hours to dry. I hate to criticize because it's free but just be aware.
The Hotel is clean and the bed is comfort. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The Hotel also provide laundary for free. The location is good you can easily reach any attractive places by taxi/didi.
