Pros:

Aparte del propio lugar del Hotel, el entorno y todas las instalaciones, restaurantes, cafeterías , etc.et . ! El servicio, es decir, TODO EL PERSONAL , SIN EXCEPCIÓN, de 10. Trato exquisito, diligente y muy cercano .

Cons:

No hay nada negativo. Bueno, siendo muy sincero, tal vez, el precio Algo ELEVADO para ser solo ALOJAMIENTO.

A great experience to stay here for a night or two. Highly recommended.
Pros:

This is an old station that was between France and Spain where people had to change because the track was a different gauge. The building has had a multi million euro refurbishment and it has been done superbly. It is a real pleasure to stay in. The staff are first class. The 1928 restaurant is in a railway carriage and is good fun. The other restaurant is fine.

Pros:

El edificio es precioso. La decoración también y muy acogedora. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. En los restaurantes se comía muy bien. La visita comentada de Victor sobre el edificio y su historia es imprescindible. Y todo el personal muy amable y atento.

Pros:

Great, professional staff. Breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had - so beautifully presented and the best products. Amazing location in old train station with all the history. Very comfortable bed.

Pros:

Come molti ospiti che sono stati qui anche per noi si è trattato della realizzazione di un sogno. Negli anni scorsi abbiamo letto con curiosità la storia di questo edificio, imponente e affascinante, quasi messo lì per sbaglio, in una zona piuttosto remota. Non appena ci è capitata l'occasione non abbiamo potuto fare a meno di fermarci anche se solo per una notte. Hotel bellissimo: il fabbricato è stato recuperato e restaurato con grande cura. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa, pulita e con arredi adeguati. Personale gentilissimo e attento. Colazione davvero top, ricca e variegata con molta scelta di piatti preparati al momento.

Cons:

Anche noi siamo rimasti stupiti per il contributo richiesto per l'uso della piscina. Se si vogliono evitare assembramenti è sufficiente predisporre un limite di presenze e di utilizzo evitando i 20 Euro richiesti per l'accesso. Questa è la sola nota di demerito.

Sollte man, wenn man die Berge liebt, einmal besucht haben.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr beeindruckend. Das Hotel ist wunderschön im 1920iger Stil restauriert. Die Angestellten waren ausnahmslos nett, hilfreich und kompetent.
Das Restaurant 1928 war nicht nur skurril sondern auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Das die Dusche als Duschwanne eine Badewanne hatte. Ansichtssache.

Pros:

El edificio en el que está ubicado y la reforma que se ha hecho así como la decoración de los espacios. El restaurante en el vagón nos pareció excepcional

Cons:

No nos gustó que en el armario de la habitación no haya hueco para dejar las maletas, además la habitación Deluxe es algo pequeña.
No nos gustó que en un hotel de esa categoría te cobren 20€ por persona por utilizar la piscina cada día. En realidad es lo único que tiene el hotel en cuanto espacio con servicios en verano más allá del restaurante y el bar biblioteca.
El parking está al sol y cuesta 15€ diarios en la misma ubicación en la que, a cinco metros escasos está el parking gratuito de Canfranc.

Como albergue excelente. Como hotel de paso muy bien. Para una estancia vacacional, decepciona.
Pros:

El desayuno es lo único realmente destacable, tanto por su variedad como por su abundancia y calidad.
La ubicación, en cambio, es, a mi juicio, bastante negativa: el acceso en coche pasa por una zona industrial poco atractiva y el entorno del edificio está rodeado de naves y almacenes en mal estado o en ruinas, lo que resta encanto y hace que el lugar no resulte especialmente agradable para una estancia vacacional o prolongada.

Cons:

La habitación correcta, aunque más bien discreta.
No cuenta con espacios comunes reseñables, salvo una sala, denominada “la librería”, además con horario limitado.
El edificio está muy bien reconstruido y es bonito, pero se encuentra rodeado de dependencias —naves y almacenes— en estado ruinoso. El conjunto, por su aspecto, podría albergar igualmente un museo ferroviario, una dependencia administrativa o incluso un sanatorio.
El tránsito de personas ajenas al hotel por la zona de recepción es constante.
El acceso en vehículo se realiza a través de una zona industrial poco atractiva.

En definitiva, le sobra el “Plus”, el “Gran Lujo” y, probablemente, también un par de estrellas. Poco recomendable para quienes busquen un hotel con encanto, servicios propios de una categoría superior o un entorno agradable para una estancia prolongada.
