Brilliant location for a comfortable night's sleep after a late arrival and be to ore and early departure by train.

Delusione e scomodità
Pros:

La posizione prossima a Porta Susa e comoda per raggiungere numerose destinazioni anche a livello professionale oltre che turistico.

Cons:

Il soggiorno è risultato complessivamente deludente, soprattutto per una serie di aspetti strutturali e di servizio che non vengono adeguatamente segnalati.

Accessibilità:
La struttura presenta diverse rampe di scale scomode. Anche utilizzando l’ascensore, per raggiungere il piano occorre affrontare circa sei scalini alti, poco agevoli da percorrere con valigie e del tutto inadatti a persone con difficoltà di deambulazione. Un limite importante, non marginale.

Camera:
Le dotazioni sono ridotte al minimo:
• accessori quasi inesistenti
• carta igienica già iniziata
• frigobar completamente vuoto
• prese elettriche poche e poco funzionali
• lenzuola rigide e poco confortevoli
• assenza totale di un attaccapanni o appendiabiti all’ingresso per cappotti

Nel complesso, la stanza appare spoglia e poco curata nei dettagli essenziali.

Colazione:
Molto al di sotto delle aspettative: pochissimi prodotti, quasi nessuna scelta di alimenti freschi, qualità complessiva bassa.

Rapporto con il personale:
Il contatto con lo staff risulta freddo e asettico, più simile a un’interazione da ufficio amministrativo che a un’accoglienza alberghiera. Nessuna particolare attenzione all’ospite.

Deposito bagagli:
Il servizio consiste in uno sgabuzzino dove lasciare e riprendere i bagagli in autonomia, senza alcun sistema di registrazione o tagliando di consegna. Una modalità poco rassicurante e non adeguata a un hotel.

In sintesi, una struttura che soffre di trascuratezza nei servizi, scarsa attenzione all’ospite e limiti strutturali significativi. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non soddisfacente.

Pros:

Very close to the station and very clean. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Luggage can be left.

Cons:

The rooms next to the road are very noisy, as can be the heating system. Better to stay a block further back from the main road if you’re a light sleeper.

Pros:

Nonostante la camera non avesse le tapparelle, c'era buio sufficiente per farmi dormire bene.
La stanza era bella calda ed il termosifone grande di fronte alla porta della doccia è un'idea eccezionale.
Lo staff è sempre di una gentilezza e disponibilità assolute.
La colazione è molto buona.

La mancanza di un ristorante interno un po si fa sentire, specie se fuori piove e/o fa freddo

Dobra lokalizacja. Parking lub miejsce parkingowe przy hotelu (dodatkowo płatne, ale warto). Blisko metra i tramwaju. Blisko starego miasta. Dobre ciśnienie ciepłej wody pod prysznicem.
