The location was good and new management was nice
the room was DISGUSTING! I should not have to buy roach spray and bleach just to wash my body !! The hallway had flooded out . There were dead roaches in the door frame !!!

Roaches and dirty place in Disrepair, room was dirty with dirty tub I cleaned,

Location was okay, it was central enough everything was 20 min away or less.
They were doing renovations on only one side of the property which they booked our room on that side so it was always noisy with power tools and workers going in and out of the different vacant rooms. The front desk girl came off rude even though I don't think she was trying to be but definitely not a person that should be customer facing or in customer service at all. My biggest complaint would have to be the front desk girl cause she is very dry personality and isn't willing to compromise on anything. We couldn't have any guests in our room to visit us unless they had a valid id, which I've never experienced that before with any other hotel ever and just how she would say things to not only me but other travelers came off the wrong way. She should not be working the desk or phones at all. The other girl working with her did try to add some customer service by smiling and acknowledging and trying to find a solution but it always came back to the Indian girl working the front desk that had the final say so. Smile sometimes that makes a big difference in the way you say things.

It was under construction and the building smelled like mold and mildew .
We got into our room and our window was broken and the room smelled of smoke.
