Really should have read the reviews thoroughly before booking, I advise others do just that

Amount of space is decent for price

Cons:

Had roaches in my room on the third floor, parking was very limited, location was not good at all. Had to wait over a month for me to receive my refund for my deposit after the staff had told me when leaving that I would get it in a few days. Called my bank, they said Staybridge had set the date for my funds to be released on 3/24/26 when I left the hotel on 2/27/26. Ridiculous

I did not like anything

Cons:

The room I was given was unacceptable. It had a strong sewer smell, the room itself was dirty, the beds were only half made, and the linens were dingy. This was especially concerning considering I made my reservation two weeks prior to check-in. To make matters worse, the room appeared to be designated for a handicap guest.

After speaking with management about the issue, I was informed that no other rooms were available. With my event scheduled to begin in less than an hour, I had to think quickly after being given such an awful room. Fortunately, I was able to secure another room at a nearby Staybridge Suites.

Staff was nice but no pool access was a bummer.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and room was spacious. Close to the airport which was convenient. Gym was decent and kitchen was well equipped.

Cons:

The staff was kind but sometimes was not at front desk for long periods of time when I needed assistance. The pool was not open which was a big let down.

It was a good stay, but the price, I paid for the room was not worth it
Pros:

It was clean, and a smell in the room once we enter. Had to spray air fresher cause it smell like rain

Cons:

It had a crack in the ceiling and in the kitchen the cabinet draw won’t stay close

The sofa bed mattress was terrible, very hard, could feel all springs or boards, very uncomfortable night sleep.

Pros:

I liked where the hotel was located.

Cons:

The key was deactivated the last night and the girl of the night shift was clueless and couldnt solve the problem and only was able to open it with a master key and we stayed keyless. Also the room had a stinky scent and it wouldnt go away.
