It was close to the airport

Cons:

They could not find my reservation initially. They're shuttle service hours are inconvenient if you have a flight at a certain time which is one of the reasons why I booked the hotel. The fire alarm kept going off then the power went out for over 2 hrs.

Not what I expected at
Pros:

Only the amount of room, and breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The first room we checked, smelled like dog piss, the next room all of the drawers to the dressers would just hang out the whole entire time. It wouldn’t go back in. Wires just live hanging out of the walls. The pictures were completely off-balance in the rooms and the AC unit was absolutely nasty. If you look at it it almost looks like black mold. NO hot water in master shower. only in the shower hot water did not get hot.

Pros:

Anna was great at the front desk from check in to check out. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The manager was not a friendly attitude. Did not care for him. The only eggs available had cheese in them I am allergic to cheese. The room was hot and uncomfortable was offered another room but came back late and was too tired to move rooms

It was ok for a one-night stay
Pros:

The room was very spacious and well equipped.

Cons:

The furniture is dated, and the common areas are not the cleanest.
The shuttle service is okay, but the process wasn’t very clear from the Booking description. I contacted the staff twice through Booking for more information but didn’t get a reply, so I had to call once I arrived at the airport to arrange the service. I then had to walk to a different terminal and wait quite a long time for the shuttle. While the staff member on the phone was very helpful, I would have appreciated arranging everything earlier.
Also, the hotel is not that close to the airport: the drive was around 10-15 minutes.
