Feedback on Breakfast and Dining Options
Pros:

I like about the room, the shower was one of the best I have used. bed was comfortable. I also love the pool area. and the casino has a non-smoking room for the non-smokers.

Cons:

I did not like that the hotel does not provide free breakfast considering the price we paid for the room and the $45 daily resort fee. Also, the hotel does not have enough restaurant options for breakfast. The coffee could be better as well. These are factors I consider when booking vacations.

Great grounds and view.
Pros:

size of the room and view

Cons:

Not very polite and confusing phone conversations regarding room service and request for help with luggage.
Not easy to contact front desk by phone, like you are talking to people in a different country that have no idea where you calling from. When you come downstairs with an issue and talk to a person face to face its much easier.

Pros:

The ease of getting between the hotel to the casino was great. The in-room dining was excellent and so was some of the restaurants we tried at the property. The BOL was amazing!

Cons:

Some staff did not know the difference between the types of Unity cards, or how one could upgrade to a Gold Unity Card from the standard Red Card for example. All staff in service roles should have basic enough knowledge to help educate guests on this in my opinion and for more complex questions, then refer them to the Players Club.

While we appreciated the opportunity to stay at the property, our experience fell short of expectations. Despite the premium cost of our stay, we encountered several disappointments. The staff interactions were surprisingly unfriendly, particularly when we hoped to enjoy the pool area briefly in the evening—the pool closed promptly at 8 PM, and we were not even allowed to sit and relax by the edge, which felt unnecessarily strict, especially as we were hoping to unwind while watching the guitar show.

Additionally, the game tables seemed heavily tilted against the player, making it feel more frustrating than entertaining. The room itself, though visually appealing, lacked acoustic privacy. Due to the glass and marble surfaces in the bathroom, every sound carried throughout the room, which disrupted our comfort and rest.

Overall, while the property has potential, the experience did not match the value or atmosphere we had hoped for.
