I liked the layout of the room.
I had 3 rooms I booked 205 was ok 207 the refrigerator did not work the tv had a line in the middle of it & a lamp did Not work in there and the floor was dirty and had a stinch to it. Had to put carpet odorizer on it. My baby was crawling on the floor her pants were black
224 the refrigerator nor the freezer works the tv also didn’t work. The room had a stinch to it they had to put carpet odorizer down.
The location
The staff was Horrible! The owner had her Daughter working registration, in her slippers and Pajamas. Was on her phone the entire time and got indignant when asked for assistance. This is the worse run hotel we have ever stayed at. We have stayed at many Home2 facilities across the country, always top notch! This particular location might as well have been a motel 6!

I loved that we were close to a lot of our activities. • I loved that we were close to stores, restaurants etc. • The staff that worked the weekend of June 26-28, 2026 was amazing! Everyone was very helpful with whatever we needed. • Breakfast was fresh every morning. You can even make your own Waffles. • Plenty of parking. • The indoor pool was open and it was clean. •They had everything you needed in the hotel kitchen. Real glass dishes, dish towels, dish soap. Etc. It felt like home. •The hotel room was very clean.• There were 2 food trucks on site that Friday when we arrived. • The room was very spacious enough to fit 5 people.
When getting on and off the elevator on floor 2 there was a very strong fish smell. The only time you couldn't smell it was during breakfast hours. • The only other complaints I have is that our bathroom door did not close all of the way and the air conditioner could not be adjusted. You can only turn it off and on. That was room 209. • This wasn't the best Hilton I've ever stayed at.

The room was clean, and the people were friendly. I did not partake of the free breakfast, but i did like that you all did offer a free breakfast. I believe there was a big event in town because a lot of people were there for the holiday weekend and all things considered, with that many people, I feel the hotel did a good job of attending to us.
One of the ice machines were broken and you should definitely either have one on either side of the hallway, or provide better instructions on where to find the ice maker. It was not a big flaw and nothing that ruined the trip.
The only issue i had with the whole trip was that somehow it got booked on the wrong day. I called the hotel because the app said to do so. The lady who answered when i called told me that I needed to contact the

Uninspired breakfast, rude, lazy desk workers. When we complained to whomever texted us to see how our experience was their response was “sorry for your inconvenience . . .” Seems nobody connected with the facility really understands what the word Hospitality means.
