Was OK - could have been so much better if maintained.would t stay again

Not too far from the strip and comfortable size and nice fit out

Cons:

The shower was disgusting. Mouldy, constantly dripped and mixer tap would not go past Luke warm
The advertised “ Sphere” view would have been great from the balcony. Door was broken - reported upon arrival and supposedly someone coming to fix the next morning - never heard from them again. Hard to see view due to the reflective glass and no fresh air. Downside of not having onsite management - hotel staff would / could not assist as it was “ privately owned

It’s an easy walk down to the Aria. The room was large with an extra seating area and a refrigerator microwave and stove top plus coffee maker a very good value for the money as long as you don’t mind walking or taking Uber. It felt very safe. It’s behind a gate where they check ID before they let anybody come through. I would definitely stay here again. They have large swimming pool and Jacuzzi. They also have valet parking and they have a front desk for check-in.

Cons:

The carpet was pretty dirty dark in spots. There is some street noise that comes in from the area in front of this particular unit in Tower 3 not too much completely manageable if the doors are closed which they were because it was cold out. I would have loved to know beforehand that there was a front desk for check-in many times when you were renting from a private person you need to get a code for a door, but this wasn’t communicated.

I did not like that. We were unable to get room service and it was not thoroughly cleaned.

Owner/Leaser - Nicole needs to focus on answering phone calls and/or responding back.
Cons:

I have been trying to contact property owner. We had the most uncomfortable sleep due to a broken mattress. This needs to be resolved.

I enjoyed everything very much, just needs some cleaning and updating.
Pros:

I loved how easy it was to get from tower to tower, to get to our location. I loved the view, it truly was gorgeous. I like that there was a bathtub and a shower as well.

Cons:

I didn't care for how outdated the room was. It also was not very clean. The carpet felt gross and if you looked in a corner too long, you can tell no one has cleaned it.

Pros:

This was the 4th place I rent in signature and it is by far the dirtiest and less comfortable.
Pros: Signature itself, the amenities in the hotel, the view, the table and chair in the balcony.

Cons:

The safe doesn’t work.

The floor is disgusting, full of crumbs, sparkles, stains, all the dishware was sticky, the AC vent was blocked by a huge amount of sticky dirt.

Bed is uncomfortable as it has dents on both sides.
Sad to bathroom and jacuzzi with people’s hair in it and brown stains.

The curtains are disgusting, the chair outside is heavily stained, And the sofa is torn. Ironing board is dirty and the iron is leaking (careful with your clothes). Some linen had tears in them.

Fridge light doesn’t work and the freezer is jammed with ice.

Owner will answer but will tell you to cancel if you are not happy. Rest assured that none of the remarks will be adressed
