Location was good for on and off the highway
If you want breakfast they absolutely refused to allow you to take your food to your room and have your food in privacy absolutely unacceptable
I finally got a room that I wanted. Poolside!!!
Now that I got the room that I wanted, the pool is closed because it’s winter time but I will forgive it but when I asked for it in the summertime, I want that room

Iron didn't work
It was very clean and seemed very nice especially for the the price until…
The staff at check in was very nice unlike at check out. She Did honestly the best with what she could and was trained on. At 3 am or so i wake up to use the restroom and the floor in the bathroom is flooded. I lay towels all down and call front desk and she advised we could use the lobby restroom. Taking its 3 am and i dont know if its fully booked or any of the such so i just agree and go use the restroom and im instructed it will all be taken care of in the morning before check out. We wake up and get breakfast downstairs and then go talk to man when he got there and keep in mind theres only a couple hours left. His response and way to i guess excuse the situation is that im young and can travel back and forth and that it is reasonable… Keep in mind theres sewer water all over the floor im assuming so its not like we can take a shower or anything because then your stepping out into it. I told him i thought refunding at least half would be fair considering we only got half of the service on top of the inconvenience. He then wants to try to put us in another room with only a couple hours remaining stating we can freshen up and stuff. I told him that is nice but that doesn’t cover the inconvenience of having to get up in the middle of the night and walking from literally the back of the property to the front to use the restroom, especially if when my fiance is pregnant and has to pee alot. The owner was just honestly down right rude and it took going through booking customer service to have anything done about it and even then he said he would refund half and still shorted me 5 dollars off of half and yes thats off the original price before tax…by the way if you stay in room 123 and bring a black light, shine on all around the door to the bathroom and ironing board area, you’ll see a murder seen first hand 😂
Have my deposit back eventually like 30 days later
