Die Lage ist super und das Personal ist sehr freundlich
Der Preis ist deutlich zu hoch für die Qualität des Hotels. Die Steckdosen sind locker & funktionieren teilweise nicht, das WLAN ist sehr langsam, außerdem hat man als Hotelgast weder einen Preisnachlass im Restaurant des Hotels noch im dazugehörigen SPA. Zudem hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts eine sehr laute Baustelle direkt vor dem Zimmer.

The location was perfect right in the centre of everything, including nice food place, bars, and the beach. The staff were absolutely incredible from the minute we arrived at the property. We felt so safe and felt as though anything we needed the staff would help us with. They had a few lovely gifts for us too which didn’t go unnoticed. The rooms were so clean and very comfortable. All the rooms had a Dyson hairdryer which topped it all off! The breakfast was 10/10 always very fresh. Joy at the front desk and Vincent in the restaurant were particularly lovely to us.
Nothing, everything was great. Noticed other reviews mentioning noisy at night due to the streets but ear plugs were provided by the hotel in the room so that was not an issue for us at all.

Location, location, and location. Nothing beats the location of H Hotel being in the center of El Nido town. If it is your first time to visit El Nido, it is highly recommended that you stay in town to maximize the experience. Besides being in town, H Hotel has spacious bedrooms, and their rooftop restaurant has an amazing view of El Nido bay. I found the hotel to be clean and tidy, and the best part is the helpful, friendly, and service oriented staff. I booked this for three of my friends since S Resort which is their affiliate hotel ran out of rooms.
The accommodation is far more expensive than other hotels in the area.

We had the non- vegan breakfast at S Hotel and it was delicious. Joyce in reservation and front desk staff at H Hotel are those we like most. They made our vacation and my husband’s 50th birthday unforgettable.
The location of H Hotel is a bit of a trade-off. It’s super convenient however a bit loud and hectic as expected - similar to any town or downtown location.
The hotel is very well located in El Nido and offers a slice of tranquility and comfort amongst the busy hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were amazing, doing everything they could to ensure our stay was wonderful. We even had a surprise decoration of our room upon check in for our honeymoon. The concierge was always able to provide good recommendations (barber, laundry spot, etc.) and we were able to book everything from island hopping tours to motorbike rental directly with them. The breakfast was also fantastic (although note it is vegan, but you wouldn't know!). The view from our room and the rooftop bar was spectacular.
The only downside is that there isn't a pool, but due to the location it might be a bit difficult.
