🥰🥰🥰🥰I LOVE THE PEOPLE!!!! I was here for my Bday Celebration and they arranged the room with both greetings when we arrived and during check out the staff surprised me again with birthday songs, cake and H Hotel tote bags souvenir. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Mitz is so warm and nice! I am still amazed how she memorized all the names of the guests! Give her a raise!! ✨✨

Our room is Town View room and it spacious, with balcony. They have bidet! ☺️🙌🏼 there’s also overhead shower and a telephone shower, water pressure is superb! 🚿I like that they also provided earplugs in case there’s a loud noise from the street which is totally not a bother, tbh I didn’t hear anything during the night even though we are in the middle of the town. They also provided mosquito repellent lotion which comes handy during the night when we go out to restaurants for dinner. They also have water stations beside the elevator for cold and hot water. The rooftop bar (Piece of the Sky) has the best view of El Nido. Don’t forget to book a table if you want to have dinner here so you get the best seat for sunset 🌅 Their Breakfast is all vegan (Verde restaurant)🌱my German boyfriend loves all their vegan breakfast, he said their food is the best for western people 😅🤭 I am not vegan and I am Filipina who loves big breakfast like meat, fish and rice 🤭Fortunately, their sister hotel (Sea Shell Hotel) which is just in front of H Hotel serves non-vegan breakfast and they have Filipino breakfast!! 🍳 We can have our breakfast (inclusive to our room) there even we are from H Hotel. They don’t have laundry service but they were more than willing to accompany us to the laundry shop next to the hotel.

Pros:

The reception staff in general was execeptional. Special mention to Val and Sky (and HH, the hotel's cat): so friendly, so helpful. Any kind of wish was fullfiled, no matter what we asked for. We felt like proper VVIPs.
The Dyson whairdryer was also very much appreciated.
Great location, 1min away from main street

Cons:

The rooms are a bit small, the plugs weren't all properly working, open rubbish bin in the bathroom (so the ones to put toilet paper which then you can't close)
Both breakfast options were just average and the one in the main restaurant had very slow service

Las fotografías que muestran no corresponden a la realidad,yo les envié un mensaje a uds.por el cobro excesivo a mi cuenta y no he recibido ninguna respuesta.Apartir de ahora no haré ninguna reserva con uds. siendo un cliente GENIUS 3 ,pensé que merecía una respuesta.
Veo que no tienen ningún interés por sus clientes.

Inspiration im High-Altitude-Büro finden
Pros:

Die Atmosphäre hier ist perfekt für alle, die konzentriert arbeiten müssen. Morgens mit einem Latte Macchiato in einer Ecke des Dachrestaurants an Manuskripten zu arbeiten, öffnet den Blick und beruhigt den Geist. Das Restaurant öffnet erst gegen Mittag für den regulären Betrieb, und das Personal ist sehr professionell und stört nicht bei der Arbeit. Wenn Sie einen Ort suchen, der Urlaubsflair mit Produktivität verbindet, ist das H Hotel die erste Wahl.

Pros:

Al check-in ti accolgono con asciugamani rinfrescanti e un drink delizioso. Il check-out è rapidissimo e controllano anche che tu non abbia dimenticato nulla. L'hotel è gestito in modo molto professionale, tutti sorridono e parlano un inglese perfetto. Anche i veicoli per il trasferimento sono puliti e confortevoli. Se vuoi sentirti 'coccolato' a El Nido senza andare in un resort lontano, l'H Hotel in centro è la scelta giusta.
