The actual resort and how peaceful the place is

Cons:

The room we stayed at. Not worth the price if you’re the only one paying. Maybe worth it if you’re with your barkada and the aren’t sensitive. The furniture needs some deep cleaning. The AC isn’t really cold it just release a moist ro the room luckily enougj we had a cold weather.

I appreciated Ate Manilyn's assistance from the time we arrived until we left Pico. Very responsive and made sure we had a comfortable stay. We only had 2 days but our stay was worth it. Thank you ate and to the owners of the unit.

Cons:

I guess access to the pool. Before we can use it even we're not members. I hope non members could still enjoy some facilities, but dont get me wrong - we still had fun 😊

Pros:

The room was great! Although it is a studio type room but still it looks spacious and organize and it is also clean. The mountain view is amazing as well even though the room is not a lagoon view. The place is near the beach, you can walk like 5 minutes from the room to the beach. If you want to go to the country club or hotel you can ride the shuttles for free! Also, Ate Manilyn is very nice. She is very accommodating even at night, when we have questions. The stay was great!

Pros:

Location is closed to the beach, very convenient to walk especially when you go there at high and peak season, the free shuttles get busy. TVs and TV in the balcony are extra thought and place is spacious. We'll definitely stay again. Caretaker is very nice.

fast internet. walking distance to beach

Cons:

no HOT water. poor servicing and not so kind & non-present caretaker (suggest best to replace her). dead baby ipis. dirty stuff. sticky/ slippery floor. stuff outside (water jugs, push cart) and in toilet like a storage place? no extra toilet paper and towels given we stayed 2 days w/ 6 pax. my wife got rashes from the provided blanket.

We definitely loved our stay! Highly recommended!
Pros:

The property is a short walk away from the beach. The lagoon is just outside the building. They have free shuttle services, so it's easy to travel to the country club. The room is clean and spacious, has complete kitchen tools and appliances, AC is working properly, the beds are comfy. There's enough pillows and blankets for the family. Towels and toiletries were provided. Drinking water is available too!

Cons:

We're not sure if the water heater is working, so no warm baths for us. Also, the kitchen sink is not draining properly.
