A TORTUROUS EXPERIENCE
Pros:

the acceptable cleanliness

Cons:

the extreme difficulty in locating access and guidance to the address even being present on site.
The WhatsApp phone access has a lady who is not communicating on the right channel to me and it was a big hassle gaining entry with her guidance.
Firstly when after informing her I can't locate the unit's main door entrance she gave me a google map link when I was already there and even sent a "drive to location" video to me despite already telling her I was there already .
Then after a lot of useless question guidance from her which didn't help she sent an outdated photo of the entrance to the room unit which didn't match the actual main entrance to the several rooms inside. The entrance number to the unit was A-G-5 but it wasn't shown above it and didn't match the photo sent to me.
I had walked from Travelodge to the property in a much shorter time than I spent searching for the entrance with the password number to the device with missing numbers to press.
Overall, it was frustrating and torturing experience with this booking.

Ok stay for a night
Pros:

Big room, really comfortable beds

Cons:

The bathroom is very tired, no fridge to store any drinks or food
You need a grab to get anywhere

Value for money if you only need place to sleep.
Pros:

Location quite good, plenty of parking, room size for the 1 queen bed type is quite spacious

Cons:

TV not functioning, can switch on but cannot watch anything. Keep saying no connection even when wifi already connected. Should be getting towel but no towel upon check in, so staff said they will send late afternoon. But until i go out for dinner at 7.45pm still no towel given. Only got the towel when i asked again through whatsapp. No praying mat provided and the rooms are not really sound proof as i can listen to the conversation from room next door when they speak a bit louder than usual. But for it's price i can say just suck it up.

Good for budget stay but if you got higher budget go for a better hotel.

入住体验极差

Cons:

酒店入住方式很复杂，没有前台，房间和卫生间都没有窗台，卫生间一直在漏水，洗澡一直没有热水。走廊有很难闻的垃圾味道。很差的入住体验。

Not clean at all, above industrial air conditioning fans, smelly and of course… noisy… even though it’s away from main road

Biliknya bersih, besar dan selesa. Tempat meletak kenderaan juga banyak. Staff yg saya hubungi juga mesra dan sangat membantu.
