Pros:

Family room was very clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean too.
Quiet hotel.
Staff was very responsive, both w my queries and when i had a small issue w the aircon.
Free parking on 1st floor. V convenient.
2 types of family rooms available, with view & without.
Location was good too.
Overall i like it & will consider staying again

Cons:

1) No extra pillows provided.
2) Only 1 bin in the bathroom ( pls hv another in the room)
3) No hooks in the bathroom to hang our clothes & towel.

A TORTUROUS EXPERIENCE
Pros:

the acceptable cleanliness

Cons:

the extreme difficulty in locating access and guidance to the address even being present on site.
The WhatsApp phone access has a lady who is not communicating on the right channel to me and it was a big hassle gaining entry with her guidance.
Firstly when after informing her I can't locate the unit's main door entrance she gave me a google map link when I was already there and even sent a "drive to location" video to me despite already telling her I was there already .
Then after a lot of useless question guidance from her which didn't help she sent an outdated photo of the entrance to the room unit which didn't match the actual main entrance to the several rooms inside. The entrance number to the unit was A-G-5 but it wasn't shown above it and didn't match the photo sent to me.
I had walked from Travelodge to the property in a much shorter time than I spent searching for the entrance with the password number to the device with missing numbers to press.
Overall, it was frustrating and torturing experience with this booking.

Ok stay for a night
Pros:

Big room, really comfortable beds

Cons:

The bathroom is very tired, no fridge to store any drinks or food
You need a grab to get anywhere
