Clean hotel with excellent food and wide variety of activities
Pros:

Clean hotel with excellent food. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Lots of little extras freebies IF you book with the hotel direct. Cleaners were great (Kenia in particular)!

Muy agradable
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones muy confortables y limpias, la terraza con vistas a la piscina muy agradable. Tanto el bufete como el gastrobar son muy buenos y abundantes. Nos gustaría agradecer a Miguel, Martina, Sara, Abdel y German el trato recibido, su profesionalidad y su simpatía, que hicieron muy agradable nuestra estancia.

Cons:

Lo único que no echamos a faltar fueron toalleros.

Trop d attente au grill
Pros:

Hotel a 5 minutes a pied de la mer.
Tres propre, personnel attentionné.
Repas de qualité avec un grand choix

Cons:

Manque d organisation du grill lors du diner et du petit dejeuner : il faut faire la queue car tout est cuit au dernier moment ! De quoi decourager certains clients..
C est dommage !

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und respektvoll.
Die Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet waren sehr schön angerichtet, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker!

Cons:

Im Wellnessbereich war der Dampfbad nicht schön. Wirkte runtergekommen und ungepflegt.

4 night stay in the CM Mallorca Palace.
The welcoming on arrival with free drinks whilst we were checked in was a lovely touch.
The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and could not find a fault with anything. The staff are super friendly, very helpful and make you feel very welcoming. Upon arrival we upgraded to half board which didn’t disappoint as there was plenty of food to choose from, all prepared to a very high quality. This hotel is definitely recommended to stay at.
Everything you except when booking a quality 5 star hotel.

Pros:

Traumhaftes Hotel mit unglaublichem Essen! Frühstück und Abendessen waren eine 10/10.
Das Personal war so freundlich und zuvorkommend, bereits beim Empfang. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt.
Toller Wellness- und Poolbereich, super Spa Öffnungszeiten und sehr gut ausgestattetes Gym (für ein Hotel).

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht ganz so top. Der Strand in der Nähe ist nicht der schönste von Mallorca, man benötigt bestenfalls einen Mietwagen.

Mega!!
Pros:

Frühstück war super, abwechslungsreich und alles was man sich vorstellen kann.
Wir haben für 4 Tage das Abendessen hinzugebucht, das war die beste Idee, denn das Essen war einfach mega.
Preis/Leistung überragend.
5 Sterne sind für dieses Hotel absolut richtig.
Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals/der Angestellten ebenfalls top, richtig motiviert. Man sieht hier das dies auch im Umgang untereinander gelebt wird; wir waren begeistert.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, nah zum Strand, nah zum Fahrradladen, Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich nebenan, Geschäfte/Läden ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Wir durften unsere Fahrräder in einem seperaten Raum abstellen.
Also alles in allem Super :)
... und natürlich hatten wir auch tolles Wetter
