Sehr schlechtes Hotel, nichts für Kinder keine Animation. Man bat mich darum meine Kinder im Alter von zwei und drei in

An der Unterkunft hat mir gar nichts gefallen. Wieder noch die Lage wieder noch die Aussicht wie du noch sonst irgendetwas das Hotel nicht eher etwas älteren Menschen, die ab 60 Jahre alt sind damit sie ihre Ruhe haben.

Cons:

Am zweite Tag meines Aufenthalts wollte ich das Hotel verlassen, aber leider Booking kam erst 7 Tage später auf mich per E-Mail telefonisches Booking nicht erreichbar gewesen. Das Hotel wollte auch nicht, dass ich das Hotel verlasse, kam jeden Tag dazu, à la carte Restaurants zu benutzen, aber reinste Sau. Es hat noch nichts geschmeckt. Das Essen war Katastrophe. Dazu wohnen noch meine Kinder krank, weshalb ich mich auch entschlossen habe, das Hotel zu verlassen. Es stellte sich auch heraus, dass mehrere Kinder auch krank geworden sind. Also ich kann nicht so gar nicht empfehlen.

A large hotel which would have been nicer if less busy
Pros:

great area on the decking at the back of the hotel but the pool was rammed with kids and was noisy. Everyone had taken a sunbed before 7.30 which was not desired. Probably wouldn't have sat around the pool anyway.

Cons:

it was the usual large hotel that was packed with a lot of families because it was end of season. Not the best experience with loud inconsiderate people banging doors at 3am, kids running up the corridors and the room next door snoring and chatting until 4am. Advice. Move the headboards so they are not back to back would be a good start and don't go end of the season...

Happy with our stay overall
Pros:

I wouldn’t recommend it.
Pros:

the only good thing about this hotel was the staff. They were helpful and brilliant whenever we’ve had an issue. Food was ok for fear it is but nothing exceptional I’m afraid.

Cons:

Unfortunately this property is falling apart at the seams. We’ve arrived at 2 am in the morning which we let them know about in advance but still the room we were given had a faulty aircon and no cot ready in there so waiting to change a room and getting the cot around meant we went to bed at 4 am- not great with a four month old baby.
The second room they put us in was in a bad state, I have lots of photos- but the worst of it was the lip between the room and bathroom was lose so we’ve had a few close falls. This room was changed for us too.

The wellness centre is probably the worst aspect of the hotel- again I have lots of photos and could go on about the dilapidated state of it if I didn’t have a baby to look after- let’s just say I’ve been to much better Groupon ’spas’
