Awesome and highly recommended 👏
Pros:

Affordable and reliable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Don’t have a hair dryer and slippers,maybe they should also consider to add an additional light in vanity table.

We were not satisfied with our stay unfortunately.

Cons:

The booking offers / includes breakfast for 2 guest per room. However the property informed us that breakfast was only for 1 guest and that it was a misunderstanding with booking.com. I understand it’s been an issue for awhile now between the property and booking.com. Regrettably, the guest suffer the issue and the hotel reception said that it wasn’t their problem why booking.com has not updated the details on the app.

On top of that the breakfast was not great.

Some towels have several holes in it.

In most of the rooms we used (we booked 4 rooms) the water from the shower and in the floor area of toilet bowl don’t drain. It gets flooded and messy.

Cons:

Lokatie wordt binnenkort gesloopt en alles ziet er vervallen uit. Zwembad is naast de receptie en eigenlijk niet te gebruiken. En een gevaarlijke omgeving!

Ich habe definitiv für zwei Personen mit Frühstück gebucht. Es gab aber nur ein Begrüssung Frühstück für eine Person, einmalig.

A great short vacation and a place to stay when in Philippines .

A wonderful 2-night stay at DM Residente Hotel Inns & Villas - perfect for a relaxing trip to Angeles!
Pros:

The warm, friendly staff made us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-kept, with comfortable beds and nice decor. The hotel's common areas have a cozy, inviting vibe too!

Cons:

Nothing major - just that the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in some parts of the room, but it was still usable for basic needs.

Give it a miss
Cons:

Not enough choice for breakfast. Booked for 2 people, only allowed 1 free. Bottle water get 2 small bottles on arrival then you have to use these bottles and fill from a cooler. Room was full of ants. Deluxe room , more like a substandard.
