Important information:

There is no curfew, however, the main entrance of the property closes at 23:00 pm. Guests returning later than 23:00 can come in through the backdoor, located on the South-west corner of the building.

The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.

Please note that the nearest station exit is Dobutsuenmae Subway Station Exit 2.

Only guests are allowed in the rooms. Visitors may enter and speak with guests in the lobby area.

Renovation work is done from 10 February 2020 until 06 March 2020. The bath and showers are under renovation.

きれいな設備で気持ちよく過ごせました。
Pros:

リノベしてそれほど期間が経っていないのか、設備はきれいな状態でした。トイレは共同ですが問題なし。共同風呂は3名しか同時に洗い場を使えませんが空いていれば問題なし。別途シャワールームも複数ありきれいな設備です。部屋の内装やベッド、布団もきれいでした。

Cons:

特にありません。部屋に手洗い場でもあればベターですが、きれいな共同トイレに２つ手洗い場があるので特に問題はなし。エレベータが1基しかないですが不便なタイミングにはなりませんでした。

Pros:

・シャワー24H使えるので良かったです。
・トイレもキレイで各フロアにあって良かったです。
・コインランドリーも安価で洗濯３台乾燥３台あってとても使いやすくて良かったです。

Cons:

・サービス品なのでこちら側の勝手な都合なので仕方ないですが、モーニングのパンが７時30分からでしたので受け取れず残念でした。

総合的にはぜんぜんアリです。
Pros:

新世界からも近く、近くにコンビニもあり、不自由なく過ごせました。
宿泊費からしたら宜しいと思います。

Cons:

寝具がちょっと残念でした。
枕がプラスチックピローのようで、それはいいのですが、高く感じ、なかなか寝つけませんでした。

Ubicación, buen ambiente y relación calidad/precio inmejorable !!
Pros:

Solo estuve alojado un par de noches. La mayor parte del dia estaba fuera. Para mí, cumplia todos los requisitos.
Ubicación perfecta, enfrente de metro Dobutstuenmae y a 3 minutos de trn JR Shin-Imamiya. Se podía caminar hasta Dôtonbori, el animado barrio de Osaka, a pocos minutos del Spa World HOTEL&RESORT, el zoologico y de Torre Osaka. Multitud de tiendas y restaurantes en la zona.

La habitación era muy pequeña, estilo japonés, limpia y disponia de aire aire acondicionado, una pequeña televisión, y una pequeña nevera, justo lo que necesitaba. Los aseos estan justo al lado. Las duchas y pequeña sauna se ubican en la planta baja.
El personal de recepción fue atento y amable. Me guardaron todo el equipaje en recepción tras el check out. Cada día entregaban un kit de limpieza y una ligera toalla.

Las instalaciones de wifi, agua caliente, calefacción y demás funcionan a la perfección.

Se podía tener acceso a la zona de cocina en cualquier momento. Tostadora, hervidor y microondas. Siempre había te y cafe disponible. Cada mañana entregan un pequeño croissant y un pequeño dulce.

En mi proxima visita a Osaka seguro repetiré. Ubicación, buen ambiente y relación calidad/precio inmejorable !!

Cons:

En las inmediaciones se podía ver a gente ¨rara"deambulando que parecían borrachos, o sin alojamiento...aunque en ningún momento tuve sensación de inseguridad...

Solo un ascensor para todas las plantas resultaba a determinadas horas escaso.

El área de cocina no disponia ni de utensilios de cocina, ni platos ni cubiertos

交通很方便，附近兩家全家便利商店。走路去通天閣商店街吃東西方便

有提供兩個麵包早餐還有24小時的飲料機(咖啡，抹茶...)
但是，我最愛的還是它的大浴池
可以泡澡，舒緩走了一天的腳
今年櫃台多了2位很可愛小姐
