It was the most we paid for a hotel but far from the best
Pros:

Very helpful staff and good location. We were told if we had asked they would have given us a different room.

Cons:

The description in booking .com said the room had a landmark view however it did not exist.

If we were to return to Hà Nội this Siva would be my first option
Pros:

Property was in a central area making it very easy to get around the city. The concierge was fantastic! Booked us on a lovely cruise of Ha Long Bay and bike tour of Ha Giang

Pros:

We had a great 2-night stay at Hanoi Siva Luxury Hotel & Travel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Quarter but still comfortable for relaxing after a busy day in the city.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. They also helped us with recommendations and arranging local activities. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Hanoi.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Ansonsten ist auch alles da, was man braucht. Das Badezimmer ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört.
