Nice boutique resort in a very quiet surrounding. The hotel has a nice pool in the garden, and is away frm the hustle & bustle in Jomtien / Pattaya. Rooms are nicely decorated and staff very friendly

L'emplacement est au calme. Il y a restaurant et autres à 100 mètres. Le personnel est sympa et disponible.

Very quiet, superb pool. I would come back anytime

Cons:

Don't book online. You pay between 2 and 4 times more than at the reception. When I said this at the reception they only said, well, look later again, but it did not change...

Ruhige Lage, sehr schöne Susstattung. Super nettes Personal!!!! :)

Cons:

Zu Fuss zum Strand über eine Verkehrsreiche Straße. Nichts für die die gerne zu Fuß gehen!!!
Aber Thais machen alles mit Roller oder Auto :{

Would definitely recommend if you enjoy quality and peace.
Pros:

Very nice and quiet hotel with nice pool area. I really enjoyed my stay there. Will fit better for people who appreciate privacy and peaceful atmosphere. Around 15 minutes walk to high street with beach.

Cons:

I personally mostly had to take taxi to the beach as didn’t want to walk 15-20 minutes. But it’s matter of taste. Quite location for me this time wasn’t advantage but for some will be.

It would have been nicer if the room had better lighting, especially in the evening, since there is no natural light outside and I have to rely solely on the room’s lighting, which isn’t sufficient.

Pros:

Hotelli oli mukavan pieni ja viihtyisä. Uima-allas ja sen ympäristö todella mukava rentoutumiseen. Kannattaa valita huoneeksi uima-altaan puoli, koska toinen suunta on tielle eikä tien puoleiseen huoneesen tule lainkaan aurinkoa. Hotellin sijainti rauhallinen ja aivan erinomainen, jos käytössä on mopo. Kävellen kaikkialle hieman pitkä matka eikä tien varsi ole kävelyyn hyvä.

Ravintoloita voisi olla enemmän lähistöllä.

Not a great hotel at all. Wouldn’t stay again

The reception area is the nicest part of the studio

Cons:

It’s actually a pretty old hotel. The rooms are due for an upgrade, they need new smart tvs. We booked a room with a balcony and the view was the road. They wanted us to pay for a towel that I spilt some protein powder on which was fine but I asked to see the towel to prove that it couldn’t be cleaned and they decided to not charge. I was happy to pay for the towel, but if I’m going to pay for a towel then I’d like to take it away as I’ve now basically purchased the towel. The manner in which the staff addressed this issue was poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel especially not for the price they charge.

Clean and professional, lovely friendly staff. Nice large size room with comfortable bed, and lovely large modern bathroom.
Balcony looking onto the beautiful serene pool. Nice restaurant food, very fresh.loved the quirky artwork too!
Quiet area in jomtien, best hotel of our 3 week trip in Thailand.
