Child friendly. Large and clean
Crowded. Not lots of Luxury for the price
The steak restaurant and the Chinese restaurant are both very good. The food quality is excellent, and the staff in these restaurants are exceptional — professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The location of the hotel is disappointing, and the seaweed in the water significantly affects the beach experience.
From the moment you arrive, guests are aggressively approached to buy memberships and real estate, which is totally unacceptable for a hotel stay. Once staff realize you are not interested, the attitude changes completely — they stop helping, including with something as basic as reserving a dinner table.
Before our arrival, we emailed the hotel six times requesting a reservation for a New Year’s dinner, yet this was never properly handled.
Tipping expectations are excessive. Staff openly demand 10–15% tips everywhere, and at the pool or beach, securing sunbeds for a family requires paying around USD 20, otherwise no help is provided. Waitstaff often will not bring cocktails if additional tips are not given, despite service charges already being included.
The overall experience feels closer to a 3-star hotel, not a luxury property. Additionally, having to sign an electronic receipt for every single drink is inconvenient and not acceptable for a hotel of this category.
not much
the hotel itself was constantly hot. didn't seem like the air works properly. They restaurants were only open from 7 to 11:30 then 5:30 to 10. If you wanted to eat lunch order room service the middle of the day and wait an hour or go to the pool and order food. then for dinner you ned reservations everywhere even though the restaurants were always half full and in order to get a table you have to eat at 9 to 9:30. A total joke considering how much we paid. latly housekeeping came after 5pm one night. we told them we were realaxing come back in an hour and they said ok but never did. A lot of people working at the hotel spoke very little if any english. I would never go back
new nice rooms
less activity

Lies, wrong room! Overpriced, management are lying and dont want to provide any information! No business cards, no claim book. 140$ per person for all inclusive?! 280 per couple and no food?! All food very cheap
The dinners in the restaurants were excellent and the staff were excellent. the rooms were super clean and the service was good.
The worst part of the stay was having to sign a bill every single time we got a drink. I would get a coffee and then have to wait for the staff to go get the machine and scan my bracelet and then when the bracelet didnt' work because it never did and then I would have to wait of the staff to print the receipt and I would have to sign it. the whole point of being at an all inclusive was so you can just grab and go but every time room service, any bar, at the pool bar everywhere it was so annoying.
Pretty much everything except for the prices, a little expensive
No halal option for food
Beautiful and clean family friendly resort, my kids and I had a very comfortable stay. Food was good and mostly all inclusive. Coconuts weren’t included in the all inclusive which was annoying. Some of the waiters weren’t so friendly. Food at DAO restaurant on the rooftop was exceptional and waiters went above and beyond.
Tip hunger waiters
Service by the pool was a-bit slow sometimes
All inclusive felt limited
Coconuts weren’t included in the all inclusive
Premium service, big and clean pools, amazing food, special thanks to pool waiter Luis, family friendly enviroment, relaxed atmosphere, not crowded like in Zona hoteliera, very little sargassum in July.
Reservation system for dinner, there is no restaurant where buffet dinner is served, it is hard to get reservation at desired time so you have to make reservation days ahead. You should take better care of beach as it is small, and get better sun umbrellas on beach.
We got the all inclusive for three days. On the first night we got diarrhea.
Clean, well maintained and incredible staff. I didn’t see one bug, literally NOT one the entire 5 days. It was 88 degrees and 85% humidity. Hotel and room set up is great and no need for shuttles or anything like that like some Cancún resorts. Everything is 2-5 min away from each other
