Got a great deal - stayed for four nights with my 18-year-old daughter. We had a great mommy daughter trip! This is a party hotel butit was not disruptive and in fact it was kind of fun with the DJ at the pool. The beach right in front is also really nice. Great service. The rooms are super nice and comfortable. I’d like that it’s next-door to sandbar where you can get very affordable. Excellent massages.!
The hotel seems to be designed primarily for U.S. guests, and unfortunately, our experience was a little bit disappointing.
On the first day, we arrived at the pool around 3 PM and were told there were no towels or available spots left. We then went to the beach bar, where it took an hour and a half just to get a beer.
On the second day, it took us four hours—and asking three different times—just to get an umbrella. When we finally got one and went into the pool, it was taken away while we were in the water.
Food and drinks at the hotel are EXTREMELY expensive. We expected higher prices, but this was honestly unreasonable.
We were aware that the hotel had a party atmosphere, but Friday and Saturday were excessive. We expected music from around 3 PM to 10 PM, but it started much earlier and went on longer. The music catered almost entirely to an American crowd—mostly electronic—and the environment felt more like a party venue than a hotel. Unfortunately, hotel guests seemed less important than outside visitors coming to drink and party.
We paid for the ME+ package and received almost no real benefits. The only thing included was transportation, which would have been cheaper to arrange separately. On top of that, no one explained any of the benefits to us.
We made our reservation by calling Meliá Hotels International directly, where we were advised not to include breakfast because members supposedly get a 2-for-1 deal. However, once at the hotel, we were told this did not apply since the bars and restaurants are outsourced.
Overall, this was a not very good experience, and we will not choose Meliá Hotels International again.
Stayed at ME Cabo and honestly, the experience was elevated because of our concierge. If you’re booking, do yourself a favor and ask for her.
She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. It wasn’t just service, it felt personal. Every time I needed something, she responded almost instantly, like speed-of-light fast, and always had the right answer or solution ready.
What really stood out was how she went above and beyond without being asked. Checking in, making sure plans were smooth, giving solid recommendations, and just making the whole stay feel effortless.
You really can’t go wrong at ME Cabo with her taking care of you. She’s a big reason I’ll be coming back.

I liked the room location. the hotel was located in a great area.
they hotel is more expensive than everywhere i've been. I live in san diego and its more expensive than anywhere you go there. For example an avocado toast no eggs is $30 us dollar, a glass of sangria is 25 us dollars. How ridiculous. Its mexico still a third world country where you get harassed every time you step on the beach or outside the front door of the house. staff wasnt even that friendly, I sat for 2 hrs working on my laptop and had to ask for service. its over hyped and the girls fall for it. Won't be spending vegas prices in a standard hotel

I think the accomodations were over priced. The food quality was very porr and drinks were expensive. The atmosphere was good for dancing and entertainment.
We booked our JR Capital Presidents club trip to Cabo and stayed at the amazing ME hotel. I don’t have any bad things to say! The hotel was so clean and the location was unbeatable! This was truly the best experience we could’ve ever asked for! Renee, Gabriel and Jose were all such a help to our whole group and so accommodating. It was seamless getting 30 people checked in and accounted for during our entire duration of the trip! We can’t recommend the ME enough
Elizabeth at Me by Malia truly made our entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond—welcoming us with drinks and making us feel instantly taken care of. As part of the concierge team, she handled all of our reservations seamlessly, ensuring everything was perfectly planned and stress-free.
What really stood out was her attention to detail and genuine care. She was always one step ahead, making sure our experience exceeded expectations at every moment. And to top it off, she even sent us off with farewell shots—such a fun and thoughtful touch!

Such an incredible stay on a company trip. Out of every hotel in Cabo, the accommodations here are top of the line. Eric at the bar is fantastic and manages large groups so well. They clean your room twice a day (which I have never had and love). Plenty of restaurant choices with amazing food. Elizabeth has taken care of our whole company and has overall been an amazing stay
