Elizabeth at Me by Malia truly made our entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond—welcoming us with drinks and making us feel instantly taken care of. As part of the concierge team, she handled all of our reservations seamlessly, ensuring everything was perfectly planned and stress-free.

What really stood out was her attention to detail and genuine care. She was always one step ahead, making sure our experience exceeded expectations at every moment. And to top it off, she even sent us off with farewell shots—such a fun and thoughtful touch!

Elizabeth is the definition of exceptional service. If you have the chance to be taken care of by her, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend!

Such an incredible stay on a company trip. Out of every hotel in Cabo, the accommodations here are top of the line. Eric at the bar is fantastic and manages large groups so well. They clean your room twice a day (which I have never had and love). Plenty of restaurant choices with amazing food. Elizabeth has taken care of our whole company and has overall been an amazing stay

We recently stayed at ME Cabo in Cabo San Lucas to celebrate a friend’s 50th birthday, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish.

Our group reserved a block of rooms for the occasion. While a few responses during the planning stage took a bit of time, every request we made was handled and delivered once we arrived. The property itself is stunning, beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and truly feels like a luxury resort. Everywhere you look is picture perfect and definitely Instagram worthy.

The pool area is one of the highlights of the resort. It is large, lively, and absolutely gorgeous with breathtaking views. We rented a cabana each day, which made the experience even better. The pool service was outstanding and the servers were incredibly attentive throughout the day. Even the women’s bathroom by the pool deserves a mention. It is surprisingly gorgeous, stylish, and clearly designed with the same attention to detail as the rest of the resort.

Dining at the resort was also very enjoyable. The breakfast restaurant offered great service and delicious food each morning, and the restaurant at the top of the hotel provided another excellent dining option with a great atmosphere. There is also a restaurant conveniently located next to the pool with good food, perfect for a relaxed lunch without leaving the pool area.

Another memorable touch was the fireworks each night during our stay, which added to the festive atmosphere and made the celebration feel even more special.

A special thank you to Renee, who helped coordinate our stay and went above and beyond throughout the trip. Not only did she assist with planning beforehand, but she also checked in with us daily to ensure everything was going smoothly and to see if we needed anything. That level of attentiveness truly elevated the experience.

Overall, ME Cabo is a beautiful resort in an incredible location with excellent amenities and service. It was the perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion, and I would absolutely return.

A huge reason my stays are always exceptional is Danny at the front desk. Danny consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect—not just for me, but for my entire company whenever we visit. His hospitality is unmatched. He remembers preferences, takes care of every detail, and makes the whole experience seamless from check-in to checkout.

What really sets Danny apart is his knowledge of Cabo. He’s always giving the newest and best recommendations in town—restaurants, nightlife, activities—you name it. Because of him, every trip feels fresh and exciting, and we always end up discovering something amazing.

The entire team at ME Cabo makes you feel like a VIP, but Danny truly elevates the experience. If you’re visiting Cabo and want incredible service, great vibes, and people who genuinely take care of you, this is the place.

Quite an amazing property. The service was above and beyond expectations. A beautiful resort and incredible eateries. And was makes this property even more amazing is the perfect location.

This was our first time in Cabo for a friend's trip - we weren't sure where to stay or what to expect. The location of ME Cabo is perfect as you can walk everywhere! The property is lovely - we had a room with a day bed that was wonderful. There is good energy and during the week (just before spring break) it was quiet. The weekend was very busy - the dj and the activities around the pool can be a bit loud, it was toouch for my friend - I enjoyed it. The few hurdles we had were handled quickly by conceriege Elizabeth. She was amazing amd made the stay souch more enjoyable. Our server at breakfast, Andre, was top notch and missed on his day off! Anna and the team in the spa were incredible - highly recommend booking services with them!

The location is prime! It’s in the center of it all. The staff, location, and all is everything. I loved it. I received an upgrade just for being a member. I will continue to choose Melia each and every time.

I stayed at this resort years ago, and I am sad to say it has gone way downhill. They now prioritize a club vibe over luxury, and we were extremely disappointed. We were told we had to spend a minimum to be able to sit at the beach in front of the hotel?! That is insane. The pool is a non stop club with horrible music. Also the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Will not be returning!

Pros: The cleaning team was amazing here, they cleaned and turned down our room multiple times a day and were never there when we wanted to be. The staff is very nice. The pool is great. The beach club set up is nice as well, with a little barrier so the beach peddlers can't come right up to you. The gym is very small, but I'm glad they had one, and often I was there at 6:30am with no one else in there and had it to myself. The wifi was very fast, it doesn't reach all the way to the beach but it does to the pool. Can't really complain about anything during our stay on the week days. It was awesome. They even let us stay on property after check out since we had a couple of hours to kill before our flight, which was very nice.

Cons: The pool music on the weekends is insanely loud and will go from like noon until 10pm. The restaurant still had music going even later than that but it wasn't as loud so it didn't bother us. The pool music was so loud it would shake the screen door of our balcony so it was constantly screeching. It was crazy! We like to take a nap after being in the sun all morning before going out for the evening and it was basically impossible. The music during the week is still fun at the pool area I don't know why they have to raise it to obscene levels on the weekend. If I ever came back here it would only be during the week never again on a weekend.

The experience was not like they promised. Beautiful hotel and nice staff but not consistent for example it states with the expensive room we would get a hotel transfer , that was told to us no longer exist . In addition ; the-concierge that was assigned to our room , response time was outrageous . Even to check out , it was all over the place . I honestly would not recommend this place if you’re looking for consistency and if you’re going by what the website states . I do not like booking a service and not receiving it , or being excited by something on the website and told we decided to change it but did not update the website .

The staff at this resort is amazing. Special thanks go out to Rocio who attended to our room with an amazing smile, thorough cleaning and attention to detail. Andres served us breakfast and he is so friendly and conversational and thinks of special things to do for us, Mayer at front of house was so fun, thoughtful and takes a genuine interest in each guest. We felt that she truly cares and she loves her work. Tala at Tamara Beach Club made our time there amazing and he took care of us do well. Carlos at reception is truly the most hard working man keeping ME Cabo running smoothly and is so helpful when we need things taken care of. Elizabeth, our Concierge, thank you for making our special Birhday and Anniversary exceptional, and we appreciate you! To all the staff here, you are wonderful and made our stay perfect. You take care of the place with attention to detail and love your work! Thank you all.
