Very much enjoyed the property, our stay and will definitely return and book room again.
Pros:

Very unique boutique property. Owner's also own a great restaurant just blocks away from the hotel.

Close to Port, rustic clean and artistic. With the comforts you need, shampoo, water & coffee.
Pros:

Walking distance to cruise port. Water bottles and kuerig in the main area. Bob's Grocery a block away.

Cons:

Everything was great. It wasn't cheap but an overall good value.

It stormed all night and in the morning the floor was flooded in one corner.

Pros:

Very close to the wharf’s and downtown. Everything was in walking distance.

Cons:

Room was a bit small but comfortable. All we needed for one night. There isn’t any staff on site but we didn’t need anything so it wasn’t an issue

Pros:

Convenient parking, side entrance, patio area. Comfy bed, couch and nice shower. Easy check-in with text from staff with entry codes and instructions. Beautiful, quiet location within walking distance to the strand and harbor.

Cons:

No dresser for clothes, only hangers. No staff on site. No way to call/talk to staff, only text.

A little expensive since check in was at 4 should be 2 or 3
Pros:

Was in a good location. Had parking.

Cons:

GPS used took to wrong location but that was not anyone fault Bed wasn’t comfortable and too low to floor didn’t have but one bed table or lamp. No table by couch.

This is a really great small room, Furniture and aesthetics was well thought by the owner.
Pros:

There isn't any breakfast

It was enjoyable, but could have been a bit better.
Pros:

The bed was not the most comfortable and the walls are super thin, but otherwise it was nice. I didn't realize it wasn't in the best part of town and appreciated that we had a parking spot, but might have liked if it was more secure of a parking lot.

Definitely more pros than the one con and we have already booked another stay.
Pros:

Love the style and decor of this boutique hotel!

Cons:

We stayed in Room 1 which was the first room by the door that leads to the deck and parking area. You heard everyone coming and going, the owners ask that you enter quietly- but just normal talking could be heard inside the room.

Cute, convenient, and can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

The property was easy to find, convenient location and so cute. I loved that we just entered our code, grabbed our key from the box and that was it!! Easy peasy.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything that disappointed me.
